Great service from Dr. Aggarwal. Always polite and friendly. He explains everything that needs to be done and gives you options. The reception staff are also polite and friendly. You don't have to wait months for an appointment unlike other dental practices. Very happy with their service.
Unfortunately, my experience at this dental practice was far from positive. From the moment I arrived, I felt like just another number rather than a patient. The reception staff seemed disorganized and unwelcoming, and I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. When I finally saw the dentist, the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. I tried to ask a few questions about my treatment options, but the responses were vague and dismissive. It felt like they were more focused on getting through the appointment quickly than actually addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, I was later surprised by additional charges that hadn’t been clearly explained beforehand. Transparency around costs should be a basic standard in any healthcare setting. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and unsure about the care I received. I won’t be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional and patient-focused experience.
Between myself and my family we have been coming to Clements Road Dental Practice for quite a few years now. The staff are always polite and courteous and we are always greeted with a smile. The dentists always take time to explain treatment plans or procedures clearly and in detail whenever we have any queries and everyone always does their best to put their patients at ease during appointments. Superb service from receptionist right through to Dentist always kind thoughtful and only ever do treatment that is needed. You couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Dr Aggawal is fantastic reliable honest and puts you at your ease, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend.
The dentist doctor was very caring, kind and dedicated to his work. He took an extra x-ray when I asked and did a thorough check without rushing. It is rare to receive such good dental service, especially on the NHS. I am so glad I found this Dental Practice.
Dr Aggarwal is an excellent dentist. He has been my dentist for many, many years. I am always very nervous but Dr Aggarwal puts me at ease and I would recommend him 100%. Also every one of the receptionists are very approachable and helpful as well the lovely dental assistants.
Having been a patient at this dental practice for many years I felt that through the pandemic and previous, the years of most professional service given by Dr Aggarwal need to be acknowledged; not only an NHS dentist giving valued consideration and projecting a friendly manner himself, but also his helpful, attentive and accommodating staff. My praise for the surgery and leadership has never faltered, as the consideration of the wellbeing of (three generations!) of my family has always been a top priority for the surgery - would heartily recommend
