    Just finished my treatment here after four visits which included an extraction of my wisdom tooth and a clean by the hygienist. I have to say service from start to finish has been brilliant on each visit.The receptionists were all freindly and professional as always. Dentist Mo has done a real good extraction on my tooth with the help of his assistant Dil. For my clean hygienist Indira has also done a great job on cleaning my teeth with her nurse Mamita. I would highly recommend coming here for treatment, Thank you all again

    A deposit was taken from a pensioner for a service that was never delivered. When I followed up, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism. The receptionist used offensive language, then called me back to continue shouting and told me, in their words, that “nobody cares” and to “go get legal on them.” This experience was unacceptable both in terms of service delivery and customer care. I cannot recommend this business and urge others to exercise caution before engaging with them.

    Was able to offer me a same day appointment. The 4 staff members I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely eager to help. They resolved my emergency on the day, and gave me advice on best course of action for a permanent solution.

    Dr Kanna was excellent at replacing an implant screw and crown that I had badly fitted by a dentist at a different surgery. The implant had been a great success. The reception staff at the practice were all so helpful and friendly. Was very impressed and would definitely recommend

    The dentist are very professional and kind. They communicate well with patients and I like the service. It’s a family friendly dentist and the nurses are very helpful and professional. The dentist I had today I had before is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Especially being a fussy patient he was so helpful and extremely supportive, very experienced.     Amazing dental practice would highly recommend. My wife had a cavity and we needed to get it fixed on a short notice but everywhere I called they weren’t taking NHS patients only private and if they were it was 6 months away. I called here and a lovely lady picked up and told me she had space for NHS 2 weeks from the day I called and they helped fix my wife’s cavity quickly and got a crown installed all for NHS price of £372. Better then £4000 all the private clinics were asking for the same treatment. After this amazing experience with my wife I’m now gonna get my wisdom teeth removed here

    The dentist was so rude and more or less refused to offer me treatment. She came in to the appointment 30 minutes late, didn’t apologise at all and was extremely condescending and had a terrible attitude. Once she realised I was clued up on the system and had more knowledge than she probably anticipated, her tone completely changed. Will not be going back here, I’ve never been so offended by a clinicians treatment, honestly. The reception team were lovely though, and offered a very warm welcome to the practice. So my rating doesn’t apply to them by any means.

    it’s hard to put into words how impressed i am with dr fatima. ive been terrified my whole life ive always found the dentist so painful but after seeing her for a filling and extraction i was shocked at how little i felt. both dr fatima and her assistant were very pleasant and professional. i would highly recommend
