Kanchan is who saw and attended to me , she was very friendly and nice and accommodating. Very patient too. I highly recommend this dental practice!
I booked a free NHS check up at Clocktower Dental and did not have a good experience. I was told I needed expensive private treatment, including a £125 hygienist clean and a £345 filling, without being offered any NHS alternatives. They also made comments about my gums that felt like they were trying to push me toward private treatment rather than explain NHS options clearly. I left feeling uncomfortable and decided not to go ahead with anything. I will be looking for another dentist who is more transparent with NHS patients. If you visit, make sure to ask for NHS treatment only and ask for everything in writing.
We see Clinician - Zee and her Dental nurse - Upasana, they were both very patient with my nervous daughter, they were great. Thank you would highly recommend. Zee is a very nice lady. Also the reception team are great nice and friendly.
I had Kanchan do a routine checkup on my teeth, she stated that she is really proud of how I take care of them and is satisfied with my maintenance. She also went the extra mile trying to fit me in for a private slot to do my composite due to work taking up most of my time.
Kanchan and Sabnam provided excellent service today and made me feel very comfortable discussing my dental history. They were very nice and smiled all the way through the appointment. I am very pleased with this appointment.
This has been my dentist for over 10 years and I’ve always been happy with the service of care I’ve received. Lovely receptionist and the dental nurses have always made my children feel comfortable! Highly recommend.
The reception team were really friendly and professional. There was no waiting time at all everything ran smoothly. My 2yr old daughter loved the dentist and enjoyed her 1st visit. I found the dentist very informative, kind and patient and made us feel at ease. Would definitely recommend!
Had my first appointment today. Being very nervous I was immediately put at ease by the fantastic receptionist staff. Then was seen by the new dentist and she was absolutely amazing and has given me so much confidence just from my first visit. Brilliant dentist. Highly recommend
Dr Nehali is a very nice and caring person my children has been with for 1 or 2 years now. This morning my daughter has teeth extraction. She reassured her and encouraged her with complementary words which makes her feel comfortable. She awesome!!! All of other staff members are nice as well, they gives you that welcoming smiles that makes one feel comfortable, except one of the receptionists that was there this morning she is bossing and very rude, the other receptionist has to come and took over the conversation and the issue was solved. Many thanks to her. Overall, Clocktower Dental is a wonderful clinic with exceptional team that provides patient and family centre care.
Was very quick and met to appointment times. I am very anxious at the dentist in general but was made to feel at ease and normal despite needing work done on my teeth. Had my best interests and didn’t just try to get more money out of it and explained everything in full detail and answered all questions. I have an option that I could take which would affect me financially and the outcome will most definitely bring back my confidence. Would highly recommend.
