   I had an absolutely horrible experience at Papas Pizza. I bought a pizza, went home, ate two slices, and on the third slice I bit into a piece of GLASS. Yes, actual glass. I pulled it out of my mouth and couldn’t believe what I saw. If I had swallowed it, the consequences could have been very serious. About 15–20 minutes later I went back to the restaurant to confront them. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff started telling me nonsense about how they only use plastic utensils and don’t have any glass items. I asked for the manager, but of course he wasn’t there. I demanded compensation for such a dangerous incident, but they refused to offer anything. The only thing I agreed to was swapping the pizza, but that doesn’t fix the fact that I could have ended up in the hospital. The next day I returned when the manager was available. I explained everything again, showed him the video evidence, and yet he repeated the same excuse about them not using glass. Not once did they even think to offer any kind of compensation or show genuine concern. Absolutely shameful. On top of that, I personally witnessed staff working in regular street clothes, without gloves, and even delivery drivers walking around inside the kitchen area. The hygiene and professionalism here are non-existent. This place should not even be allowed to operate. They are careless, irresponsible, and clearly don’t care about customer safety. I will never buy from them again, and I am filing a complaint with the food authorities. Hopefully this restaurant gets shut down before someone else ends up in the hospital.

   Love this place but it's website needs to be updated ASAP. They increase their prices at short notice. Collection for XL is 6.99p on website but charged me 7.99p on Collection. Could have given me for 6.99p but said to speak to the owner. He is never available when you want to speak to him. Piller to post.

   I don’t recommend papas pizza to anyone they have a very rude customer service the person who answering the phone she is very rude and she always put you on hold. She’s not get you a ride delivery. my last order was today and she said it’s going to take 30 minutes one hour 45 minutes ago she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She forgets everything. I do not recommend this pizza anymore

   This restaurant should be closed down! The meat in the pasta dishes are rubbery meat alternatives it is not MEAT. There was no sauce with the lasagna it was terrible. Every item of food was cold. Garlic bread hard and cold ordered garlic bread pizza got given 4 garlic bread slices which was not enough for my family. Hence I ordered the pizza bread instead. The bbq ribs had more fat than meat and I purchased 2 orders. The chips was over cooked in dirty oil and hard and crunchy most being brown and burnt looking. My kids are starving we haven’t had a proper dinner and this is so sad. We contacted the restaurant and the manager told me since no one else has complained they can’t do anything and hung up the phone. This business is inappropriate and the staff are insensitive I spent £26 at this restaurant for food that mostly went into the bin. We brought this takeaway for dinner as we are at a hotel with no cooking facilities and now we are starving.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS-Unedible burnt food the picture speaks for itself dont waste your money. I called to inform them nicely didnt have a problem just wanted to inform as we always order from here, the rude lady on the phone hung up on me and refused to give her name. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

   Papa’s pizza is nice but it has gone up from £5.00 to £7.00 for collection in a little over two months. That equates to a 40% rise. I think that is a very steep increase, I certainly will not be going out of my way for what now equates to a average price pizza, rather that a good value one!

   Just moved in to the area a week ago and I had noticed people were always queuing out of the door. Last night I had my first XL pizza! It was amazing! It’s a 2 min walk so I collected and there collection prices are insane! Good work Papas Pizza. See you tonight
