I indulged in the Tandoori Hot Large Pizza, a symphony of flavours so exquisitely balanced it bordered on the poetic. Orderd from here this evening and I have nothing postive to say other than the delivery driver was friendly. There was an item missing from my order that he went back and got very quickly so that was good….. unfortunately though the whole meal was just terrible. Undercooked and soggy. I got two pizzas and one had the main topping ( that I orderd extra of! ) missing and both where soggy. I got chicken kickers and they were so badly cooked half the coating wasn’t actually on the chicken. Then to make it better I call the shop and the woman who answerd simply didn’t care atall. An unapologetic sorry and and constantly “ what” was all that achieved. Before the shop feel the need to tell me to fill out the online form I have! Yet the order was so awful I looked up and store and saw it’s been awful for literally YEARS.

Adding on to Ben Pearce review Absolutely disgusting treatment spent almost £35 on 2 pizzas 2 sides, driver couldn't find address over an hour after ordering when I gave him directions which should of taken a further 2 mins it took him almost 20 mins. On inspection of the food one of the sides looked like road kill one of the pizzas had been ordered with mushrooms both came with mushrooms as im allergic to mushrooms I couldn't eat my pizza on calling them back they said they would send me a new pizza with the same driver. 20 mins later we received our redone pizza without mushrooms. The driver asked for old pizza back. He opened the box and started telling us that its not mushrooms but onion. Like we dont know the difference. Also this time the pizza was not properly cooked as it was rushed. Absolutely disgusting service and waste of money the photo below is supposed to be cheese nachos not the same image you see on the dominoes app the whole thing could be picked up together. We spoke with the manager at the store all we got was he would speak with the driver and call us back still waiting. Also same issue as other complaints the driver had the pizza in hand rather than in a heated carry bag again cross contamination.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza half and half, half margarita and other half with for toppings . The half with 4 toppings has no toppings, I went back instead of offering me another pizza guy at till was saying what can I do. Avoid this place, horrible service
Made an order at 18.08, delivery was meant to be 21-34 minutes. Delivery took 52 minutes. Cookies were smashed, pizza was missing toppings. Driver wasn't carrying the pizza in their usual bag to keep it warm, he was carrying it in his hands which was contaminating my pizza. I had to return the whole order. I contacted the manager and he just tried to make excuses by saying they are busy. They are too busy to give proper service but expect full price for their horrible service. Will be contacting Dominos head office on Monday and also my bank. UPDATE: I've already filled out your online form and nothing was done to make this right. You guys keep quoting the same generic response, saying you want to help but end up not doing anything.
Horrible parking to No pearling at all. Takeaway only no dine in. Easy order on phone and collect. If you do that you will get good discount from the app too. Staff are friendly.
First time using Domino's Feltham and was a disaster. Ordered a large Texas bbq with jalapeños on half only. I even said please do not touch the other half with jalapeños as the wife cannot handle chilli. Simple request that went completely wrong. Jalapeños on every slice of the pizza. I called up to explain and was told that the pizza maker was adament he only put them on half. I made it clear I was not after a free replacement but all I got was 'well it was only on half' and said there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing and the such bad service. No apology, nothing. Thanks for listening to the customer Domino's. Update 05.10.22 2 months on and customer services have yet to comment, says it all really.
