   We ordered twice from them and they were the most rude and disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen. And in the end we never got our food after waiting for a hour because they gave it away twice. This is an unserious establishment who have definitely not given their staff any customer service training at all.

   Very poor service, the guys working at this branch do not care about your order. I have ordered multiple times and they never add the toppings I ask for but they over charge for it. When you ask for sauce it’s almost never added with order. I would strongly not recommend this branch.

   I ordered Large Margarita , the lady that served myself had on covid mask, and whenever she spoke to people asking enquires or her colleagues she took the face masks down. Whenever she spoke to me she put her face ask up and kept this up. This took away from my customer confidence as I do not have COVID. Secondly I could not see them making the pizza but they were fairly impolite and sweeping up rubbish while making my pizza. This lead me to question there hygiene standards. Why not serve your customers and wait until the store is closing to start sweeping rubbish , dust and other things around the food. The reason for this review is since I have eaten the pizza I have had Headache and have been coughing excessively. The point is I do not feel well. Please consider the above facts before choosing to eat from this take-away joint.

   Ordered chocolate chip cookie dough and they sent a BURNT white chocolate chip and caramel one which tasted disgusting. When I called to let them know, they simply said we've ran out of the other one so sent this instead - when told they should have called me to check first the lady said 'hmm' they couldn't care less. Pathetic service from deepa/deepika whatever her name was.

   Paid nearly £26 for a pizza through Uber Eat and it was the worse pizza I had for a very long time. Little cheese, so much chopped tomatoes, tasteless. Will never buy from Pizza Hutt again. Even the cheapest local pizza place is much better than this.

   No plastic tops on the pizza to stop the box getting squashed during delivery (see image)!! When you attempt to call this branch, they answer and put the receiver to one side and ignore you but you get to hear the employees shouting in every language. Complaining to Pizza Hut Customer Care is a waste of time, energy......they are NOT interested!!! Rather buy my pizzas from the smaller business owners who need my custom (especially during these times!!) and would appreciate it, rather than give my money to these Pizza "Mafia"!! I gave it a 2 star as the other smaller pizzas were fine and the delivery was quicker than expected!
