   We always order pizza from here! Great deals and always easy to customize our orders. This Christmas they suprised us with some lovely chocolates and a card and a special pen. It was so thoughful and a lovely suprise.

   Disappointed Not bake properly Chese is not melt They don’t know how to speak with the customer. I call him and he is argue with me. He told me if u dont like Dont come here go anywhere else. Really never come to tops pizza hounslow

   Extremely disappointed. I clearly mentioned that I have an allergy to tomatoes, and yet they still put tomatoes on my pizza. This is not just careless — it’s dangerous. When I called to explain the issue, the person who took the order was shockingly rude and showed zero concern. This level of negligence and attitude is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

   Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place I ordered pizza from Tops Pizza Hounslow, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Despite living very close (Hounslow West), they took over an hour to deliver. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete mess — as you can see in the photo. The pizza was smashed to one side of the box, completely stuck together and ruined. It clearly wasn’t handled properly, and it was delivered by their own delivery driver, not a third-party courier, so there’s no excuse for such carelessness. This is completely unacceptable for a food business. I tried contacting them, but got no proper response or apology. Definitely not ordering again from here. Save your money and go somewhere else with better service and food quality.

   firstly they don’t pick up the phone which is annoying. when they did, i asked how much a large pizza was before ordering and she said £8.99. my dad went to go collect my order and she gave him a 1p change for a £10 note which meant he was charged £9.99. he didn’t know how much the pizza was so he didn’t question it but told me later. the customer service is quite bad icl

   Was an all time favourite but delivery services have since gone down hill. You can't give the best pizza with the worst delivery people employed. To be precise the driver didn't understand English and repeatedly tried to mock me when I tried to explain about notes that weren't followed. Not once but I have had this experience twice and therefore have permanently boycott them for lack of professionalism. Contacted them directly and I was not even offered a simple sorry. I don't normally leave nasty reviews like this but mistakes can't happen again and again. Good luck for the future.

   Tastes OK, but very late, very cold, base pretty hard, one topping should have been doubled and wasn't and another was missing entirely. Sauce sparse - very sparse toppings in general actually, and all flung into the middle. Not sure the correct size was sent - cut into the right number of slices but considerably smaller than they used to be. Not sure if they've just shrunk everything or if they just made the wrong size. Had we not ordered custom toppings, would have honestly thought it was reheated from earlier. Also, we tried to use one of the offers on their website and the checkout listed everything at full price, so then had to go back and adjust the order. As the pizza was late, I called the store to see if they could provide any updates, since the website didn't mention it even having been sent out yet. It finally arrived when I was on the phone, but the staff member I spoke to seemed clueless and at one point told me it would be another 45 minutes. Between this and the size, we were still hungry afterwards. This used to be my favourite place for pizza locally, but sadly seems to have gone sharply downhill. Genuinely not worth the money paid.

   I ordered for collection the first slice I had and found a hair in under the cheese. Called Instore told them, the lady put me on hold for 10 mins after I called back and she was like bring the pizza back and we can give you new pizza. I explain after having hair I off from pizza so please refund the money. She said she can only do if I bring the pizza back as the manager is not in and they can’t do much. But she was explaining other staff in Hindi not knowing I can understand. The words she used were not Acceptable. 0 star for them

   First time ordered pizza for our team at work. Arrived 1 hour later. After calling I was told it takes time. Then put the phone on me. Was not impressed. Overall pizzas were good.
