   I love tops pizza but I had a poor experience tonight. There were no Chillies on my veggie hot pizza, which is like the main ingredient that makes it hot (I added jalapeños to make it even hotter) I ordered in person so I can’t even do anything on the app.

   ****AVOID AVOID AVOID - GONE DOWNHILL**** Just had an order from the Staines branch - I've always been a loyal customer to the tops pizza franchise and I never usually complain. .... BUT I must say that this was the worse Pizza we have ever had - it was full of grease (box was covered in grease) and looked like the toppings had slid off the pizza - all the the slices were squashed, looked and absolute mess and was cold. We chucked most of it away, complete waste of my hard-earned money for a Friday treat for the family. Need to have serious words with production or the driver, appalling service. Even the order we had prior to this one wasn't great but took the benefit of the doubt. It's a real shame as the place has gone downhill in quality of food over the past couple of months.

   I’m a frequent customer of this place since so long approx 10 years or more everything was going good before but from these last two weeks I’m not getting my orders as per my instructions and this is the second time I called to the customer care number about not getting the exact order as per my instructions but the attendant lady was so impolite and rude same like last time she did I requested a lot but she clearly said do whatever you can do and I got stunned from her behaviour and tone which was so rude and bossi. I’m loosing my trust on tops pizza just cuz of that rude lady attended.. I’m sharing this to explain my experience..

   Perhaps the best pizza in Staines. The dominos (my usual favorite) is a major let down but this came piping hot and was tasty! Definitely ordering from here hence forth
