   Honestly, this was one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had. The pizza arrived cold, soggy, and completely disappointing. Delivery took forever, and when I tried to contact them to fix the issue, no one bothered to respond. The service is a joke — they clearly don’t care about their customers. If you want cold pizza and a headache, this is the place for you!

   Ordered from TW2 Pizza a few times and they have never disappointed me. Their pizzas are scrumptious, fresh and they’re very generous with toppings! On top of that, their wings are very delicious. I kept bothering the gentleman on the phone yesterday (for updates and changes on order) and he was helpful and patient with every query made. Furthermore, please order from TW2 Pizza if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it!

   Best Pizza in Hounslow. I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and Chicken Pizza and both were absolutely delicious. I have tried many pizza shops and this is the first shop which is very generous with the amount of toppings. The pizza was fresh and extremely tasty. Will definitely be ordering on a weekly basis.

   As a take away is very good,also if you go in person, they will give you special deals,so try to pop in &order in person to get the best offer, sometimes they can be very busy,but usually they let you know how long you have to wait.Prices are reasonable & competitive, quality of food is pretty good,so can recommend to anyone from vegetarian to spicy meat lover...

   Seems deliveroo have priority over any other human being. A simple order of burger and chips took longer than a Boris Johnson apology. Honestly, customer service zero. Not going back.

   Don't know what the food is like because can't seem to get served. Finished work late last night. Bit of a walk to get the night bus. Couldn't go in because there was 2 people in there waiting to be served and 2 delivery drivers waiting on orders. Went for a walk around the block (10 mins) Only one of the delivery drivers had left. Went for another walk in a different direction (10-15 mins) When I got back there the shutter was down. Something similar happened about a month ago. On the bus home, I messaged a friend we've made a £20 bet that I won't get served next time I go there. Feeling pretty confident about this.

   The pizza tasted good. The driver and the restaurant adhered to my note. Some eateries fail to do this I do not mind paying the service charge, which is not much, for a tasty pizza. I know it is the norm for pizza eateries to only include one dip in the order, maybe 1 or 2 extra dips can be put in the order for free, according to the size of the pizza. This is because people like me may not prefer to consume the pizza without a dip. maybe one could say that the price for the Coca Cola is a bit expensive. Will consider ordering agin from this when in the mood for a pizza.

   We ordered from them once a few months ago just because they were the only ones open till late. From then on we have only ordered from them as the quality, taste and portions did not disappoint. Never had any complaints. The standard of their food and service has been consistent throughout.
