   On Friday I came into the store, as I had lost my phone and I was panicking and I was very very anxious. I asked the young staff member on the tills if I could borrow the landline to ring my mom so she could track my phone, he kindly let me use his personal mobile phone. Not once did he lose his patience with me, or rush me. I had his mobile for a good 30 minutes and thanks to him, I was able to track my phone, get in touch with uber support and my phone was dropped back to my home address later that evening. I want to just thank him and say he is an asset to your store. It’s rare to find people like this in today’s society, all the other stores I went into turned me away, and treated me like I was a liar and a thief but he helped me and even though I couldn’t buy any food he still helped me. He is a true credit to your company, and I hope he gets a promotion.

   Probably the worst looking pizzas to come out of the soho road branch. Edges burnt on one pizza and God knows what happened to the other one. Last time ill be visiting. Fix up ur pizzas

   Today we was fasting and order peri peri wings for ifter, We got rotten chicken with very bad smell. We did not eat properly in ifter because of the smells. 2weeks ago they did the same with half chicken on an uber order. Very bad service. sorry to say but this type of service we never expect.

   Took almost an hour to prepare and send an Uber eats order. A fish and chips, burger and curry sauce. Not entirely sure what would cause such a delay in service, but I'll order from grove lane or chip n whale next time.

   The food is okay but the place is filthy. Floor is caped in dirt same stains from a week ago, all the silver counters are dirty, all the glass work in there is filthy, behind the counter the sides have food dried on. Look at the front counter as you walk in. All should be shiny silver just stained and finger marked. Don't know how health and safety have let somewhere so filthy to be open and serving food. Needs a good deep clean then regular cleaning and some cleanliness training for all staff. Handling money then touching food is the 1st basic rule, I thought. Filthy place

   Ordered Masala Fish in Naan with salad and sauce and chips. Got no salad or sauce just a dry naan and fish. Not great over a very expensive nearly £11.
