   Why is the East Sheen branch of dominoes really so dreadful!! They don’t ever cook the food properly!! The pizza is always undercooked and rushed. Ordered last night, chicken strippers were anemic so I had to cook them to brown them off. The pizza was disgusting. East Sheen Dominoes needs to either close down or change the management and ethos. Disgusting and waste of money!!

   Awful service. waited 2 hours and still no delivery. The manager in charge Mohammed Ahmed told me I couldnt have a refund for my the food ordered but not delivered as it had to go through accounts only so still dont have it . terrible service and would not recommend ordering through this Domino store.

   Awful service, arrogant and put the phone down on us. I called after 1.5 hours asking about our order, he said the driver came out earlier and called us. We didnt get a knock or a call, so they lied. The pizza then came 20 mins later and cold. We called to complain and they said theres nothing they can do and just put the phone down. That was the manager!

   I cannot explain how shocking this experience was. I was given a wrong order, called and was told a replacement was being sent. 50 minutes later and no sign of it. Called again and was told by the manager that no replacement had been sent. I explained that my order was wrong and she said it wasn't and that it was exactly what was shown on the computer. I have screenshot evidence that my toppings were wrong. I offered to drive to the store and show it seeing as she said I was lying and she laughed at me and said even if I did, they wouldn't refund me or offer me anything more. Above all this I wasn't once offered an apology for the shocking customer service. Honestly, there are almost a dozen pizza options on East Sheen high st. I would implore everyone reading this to go ANYWHERE else until this franchise is under new management

   The service I received was disappointing. I ordered a pizza, and it arrived in a poor condition. It seemed as if no care was taken during the delivery process, resulting in a soggy pizza. I contacted the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, but the replacement pizza was even worse. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this establishment again. In comparison, Papa John's offers better quality pizzas at a more affordable price.

   I am disgusted and revolted, and not because of the cheese. I feel my stomach drop as i stare at the empty space where my pizza should be. It has been two hours. I had to have dessert first, which made me feel as if i had dishonoured every god in existance. Not only has this exhibited a concerning disintrest in their client's wellbeing but also a serious lack of organisation within the company. My driver went awol and his boss did not know where he was. My friends had to sit on the doorstep eating cold soup, waiting for this man to arrive. It was a someone's birthday. But he did not care. At this point i do not even want a refund (however they did not offer to provide one) but a heart felt apology from all those at Domino's East Sheen. At least thirty hard earned pounds from this teenager were wasted tonight. Despite this, there was no hurry in their next step of their delivery. 30 minutes later, as we saw the driver through the window, we screamed with excitement. The driver had the audacity to not acknowledge the pain and suffering we had gone through. I laughed in his face, hysterical with hunger. His compensation for our pain — a big dip.

   Unreliable place when it comes to delivery times. It is best to avoid making an order from here as there is no way to know when your order will arrive. Furthermore, their customer service is unresponsive.

   I ordered a pizza and 2 bottles of 1:5 coke and the guy turned up with 1 bottle of coke and promised me he would drop the one later but didn't came back, so l rang the store and the manager said would get one to me and l still waiting 4 days later. I spend many years ordering from this store and this the they treat a regular customer. I won't using them again.

   Second time I have ordered recently - both times the pizza has taken over two hours, when I track the pizza and the location on a map the driver is just sitting stationary in the same place. Rude staff. So disappointed, I will be recommending and telling everyone about our experience and the terrible service we have received. For fast food 2 hours twice in a row is appalling

   Just had the best customer support experience. Our pizza was accidentally delivered to the neighbours, who kept it. The team were super sweet and just redid the order. The delivery man took some time to have a nice chat when delivering the second round of pizzas. If you are reading this, thanks again! :)
