   Staff are liars and thieves The most disgusting customer service I’ve received in a very long time. My pizza was supposed to be delivered at 15:35, when called at 16:10 and asked them what was going on they initially told me they don’t have my order then lied to me and said it was gonna take 20-25 minutes (at that point it was over an hour after I placed the order) I called again at 16:50 after 40 minutes, the person on the phone lied again and said the driver was just around the corner and was gonna be a minute, the driver never showed up. Called the third time at 17:10 20 minutes after we were told the driver was outside and was told they’re about to start making my order after we were told the driver was almost there?? It’s been about 2 and a half hours since I placed my order which never showed up. I was lied by the staff three times and had over £36 stolen from me. They place is a joke, staff are rude, lie to your face and steal your money for food that they refuse to give to you. Do not order from them.

   Quite frankly this is the worst Dominos we’ve ever used. Consistently awful whether you deliver or collect. We had two bad experiences with delivery (one order took nearly an hour to arrive, then the next time the order was wrong) so went to collect this time to see if it was any better. We were totally ignored when we walked in for about 10 minutes. Our order said ready to collect on the screen as we arrived, but we waited another 15 minutes before the actually had it ready due to forgetting part of the order. No apology from anyone. The phone was also ringing and no one bothered to answer. Quite possibly me the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. It’s like they didn’t even want to be there and customers were an inconvenience. We even complained last time we had an issue and were promised a phone call back which never happened. Take your business elsewhere if you can. We will be.

   I have been ordering from this Dominoes for years. Always fast delivery. Food always hot and the drinks cold. One of the better ran fast food places. Definitely recommended.

   Replaced items I’d ordered with other items without asking me because they were out of stock. Guy on phone was rude, promised a refund but it never materialised. Spent a fortune in there over the years. Won’t bother now. Be interesting to see how the recession works out for them!

   Do not be mistaken! This is a great takeaway! I scored it 3⭐ on 'atmosphere' because it is literally a shop front and a counter top! But their pizzas are great! If I eat pizza at all... It has to be Dominos from Rubery!

   Never again . They give us food poisoning twice ! Driver were driving off with our food and then we called the shop and they lied saying they are closed , bare in mind this was at 11.10pm and we ordered at 10.30pm , but when looking at the times we found out it opens til 1am . Don't get me wrong Dominos anywhere else are absolutely great But the Rubery one isn't. And we don't appreciate the person on the phone being very disrespectful and rude either . I'm surprised that environmental health haven't came out to them the Rubery one .
