Ordered through just eat kebab was under cooked it's made me really ill ,my partner says his pizza dough was mouldy will not be ordering from here again already boycotted it once because of the same reason a while ago and thought I'd give them a go as my partner Ordered a few weeks ago and said the food was 10/10
Place be called Fresh N Fast, but it nay be either. Over 2 hours of my life was wasted, waiting for a kebab and chips, a burger, and some chips and cheese, well, "cheese" is abit of a stretch. Not sure what cheese that was, but it certainly wasn't something from this universe, but alas, I made the error of consuming the strange gloop. So, the 2 hour wait. I had atleast expected some form of apology, made a free side? But nay! Nothing to show some kind of apology. I had contacted FoodHub help to locate the lost sustenance, and they made contact with the resturant, and relayed back to me saying 'driver has left, and will be with you in 10 minutes'. Thank god, I said with glee. My darling lost kebab was finally on its way to my home. But...10 minutes pass...then 15...and then 20...my heart sank faster than the Titanic, thinking I was never going to see my kebab of dreams. So once again, I call upon the assistance of Foodhub, which demanded to know where my food was. 'On its way' they claimed, so I gave them the alloted time to deliver, and finally, after 2 hours of starvation, coming to terms that I will never see that elusive kebab, we heard a knock at the door. I jumped out of the chair, raced over to the door, opened it, amd was handed a bag of food, but again, no apology was given, but I cared not, as my stomach demanded satisfaction that only a kebab could fill. So, we sat down, I opened the plastic food carrier, and what do I see? A can of pepsi covered in chili sauce...Not a good start. There's a reason chili pepsi doesn't exist. We then get over to the food. I placed the box upon my lap, lifted the lid, and I was greated by the dryest looking meat I have ever seen, and layeth underneath, depressed chips, they were floppier than grandads shaft. So I took the risk, and I picked up a slice of meat, placed it into my mouth, and began to chew...Now, I have never nibbled upon grandmother's feet, but I fear I now know what the taste and texture sensation would be. I feast upon a few floppy fries, but I could nay eat anymore. I eat what my stomach would allow me to, without growling like a grizzly bear at me, and turn my attention to the chips and "cheese". Oh dear lord...as stated before, that my dear readers, was not cheese. Twas gloopy, cold, not melted, and lacked any sort of flavour. While it may be useful within the construction industry, it has no place being called a food product. Right people, I doth believe I have given a full review of both the resturant, and the food they offer. Fast N Fresh, it was not. Your name does not reflect in what I recieved, and I fear I must call out the lies and deceptions. I will not spend another british pound at your establishment until changes are made, mistakes are corrected, and you dispose of that wart-puss cheese. Good day to you.
Been ordering for 6 years for kebabs, Home made pitta bread is somethings else and these lot boss it.
Fresh n slow should be the name of this place, 3 kebab wraps and a garlic bread ordered well over 1 hour 40 mins ago. Phoned to cancel the order. Stay well away
SCAMMERS… taken over other businesses and not delivering- stay clear! - review from the other place - hot stuff SCAM!! The original HOT STUFF, closed early 2021… the owner sold machines etc to another take away in the area - (isn’t public knowledge) - but left this as OPEN online. - they accept orders and do not deliver.. or if it’s a simply order sometimes they do. I was scammed out of £30, if you ring the number, it’s not in use anymore.. and the mobile number is never answered. - in around 50 calls, he answered once saying it will be 5 mins and never got anything and never answered again. Because of how they have done it, if you go and try and see why you haven’t got your food, you’ll be created by an empty take away store. - without the knowledge I gained from my source… this is so they are never trace… apparently there is a few more in the area they have done this with - taking advantage of places closing over covid… allegedly… they actually work out of Fast n Fresh in Mansfield woodhouse.- contacting police with this info.
absolutely awful, ordered at 20 past 12 and didn’t get our food until 10 past 2, man who answered the phone was a liar and told me it had been on its way for 10 mins at half past 1 and when i rang again 15 mins later her told me it would be another 5 mins when it’s only a 10 min drive from the place, he also proceeded to end the phone on me both times and then ignore my calls, when the food finally arrived it was freezing cold and tasted nasty
Absolutely awful. Ordered chicken burger and salad. Came with nosalad. Cold chips and cheese and the carton the burger was in looked like it had been kicked around the floor. Was asked to ring on arrival as ut was late. Hammered on the door like a mad man . Rang to complain rude mam who doesn't give a toss
Food hygiene is 1 star...ordered food and it never came, owners put phone down twice and refused to answer until we used another phone, place only accepts cash now i wonder why!
