Ordered 2 sets, one with fries and coke, the other with salad and ice tea. Received both cups, each of which were a mix of coke and ice tea!! Received 2 fries and when told one is a salad, gave us 2 salads instead and only spoons to eat the salad with. Your staff doesn’t like you, the employer.
I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Aminata she was warm, welcoming. She checked in on us just the right amount not too much, not too little and always with a genuine smile. It’s clear she really cares about providing excellent service.
I always go to Westfield and get the veggie options from Pizza Hut. The food is always amazing, fresh, and tasty. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially the girls who usually serves me (naila and Aminata) Both of them are always so kind and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Great food and excellent customer service – highly recommend!
Ordered a 9’ chicken stuffed crust pizza, but it had very few pieces of chicken — some slice doesn’t even have a piece . Felt totally ripped off and very disappointed. Won’t be coming back. If customers pay for chicken pizza, we should actually get chicken. Also, the lady at the till could at least try to smile — service felt cold and unwelcoming. Overall, poor value and unfriendly staff.
when I got to the house the lady started yelling and behaving very badly with the customers, I didn't get a receipt, she just threw it in the trash. Uniform policy, their shirts were very old and dirty, spreading bacteria everywhere! as a customer I want to be served properly, the hungry people who are stationed at pizza hut happen to this lady, they lose their appetite. we all have stupider days, but at work you have to behave properly....
The service was good, but the food wasn't good. For such a big company to produce food like that is disappointing. Barely any meat on the pizza.

Very cheesy pizza and woman on till wasn’t pleasant to deal with. Very dismissive and un-engaging. Felt like i was waiting for free food rather than paid food and gives it to me like I’m a tramp. No hi, thank you, no problem etc. it’s not a big deal, each to their own. But if you want a customer to come back… this certainly isn’t the way. Have 3 stars because it was edible and nutrients were taken.
First visit: The Asian Girl, who was serving the food was rude and ignorant. I asked her some Ketchup, Mayonaise and Garlic Sauce, She did not say yes or no, just ignored and gave me ketchup and mayonaise, i had ask again for the garlic sauce. She was touching the food. No smile at all. Second visit today, She was still ignoring customer, luckily she is not serving me.
Can't beat a fresh pizza straight out of the oven to eat within a matter of minutes. Had margarita and veggie deluxe pizza. Fries were nice and crisp. Also had cookie dough with Vanilla ice cream.
