   Their food hygiene rating must be a work of fiction. Terrible food, terrible service and if you look around back terrible hygiene. Try at your own risk. Photo attached of communal area behind, would hate to live there!

   Please don’t eat here…….! Unless you want food poisoning. I ordered chicken tenders and watched the staff get out of the freezer and cook in under 5 minutes, I then opened the chicken which was still frozen and cold. I had already paid for the food and explained I was not happy with this and wanted a refund but was refused as apparently Roccos Pizza cannot provide refunds.. the staff member in the below picture was extremely rude and hostile. I repeat do not eat here please.

   No change given was only a small amount but still. Small child being carried around food prep/cooking area. Pizza had no flavour tried 2 different pizza. Extremely racist behaviour and attitude towards white male from the male staff members

   Good and tasty food. New in Ickenham (same location of old mystic grill Ickenham). Currently, they have a "buy one get one offer" running on pizza. Bought margherita and chicken pizza with that offer. Side curly fries and chicken are also good. If asked, they will provide a very spicy chilly sauce. Good luck guys.

   Bad customer services asked for 8 mozzarella sticks only gave 6 and still charged full price they said they will give discount next time. Pizza was covered in oil one bite and your sick

   Very disappointed, Rocco's has a good name in greenford, however this store isn't matching, I have been in twice now, both times limited menu options, and the renown "garlic sticks" never seem to be available. Even today went in and asked and the young person on the front counter even replied " I don't know", it's like what the hell, you don't know what's available in the store and your supposed to be selling it! Not even a sorry how about xxxxxx as an alternative, or "I'll just double check" the vacant look of I don't know why your asking me put me off ordered anything, left without ordering anything, total disappointment.
