   Stuff changed some time ago so I went back and I must admit that everything is good as it should. I have been few times since my review and every time I was happy with my purchase, so I believe it's time to change review. I like papa johns a lot, was really happy there is one on high street. And was going there few times a month. Today have ordered 2 pizzas. Waited only to find out one of my pizzas was given away. They asked to wait while they will make a new one. After waiting for 35 minutes end up with one warm pizza(coldish by the time we got home)and one hot. Very cheap especially that it cost them almost nothing to make one. Have asked also to get garlic and herbs dip got garlic only. Sad , terrible service. Next time Alforno, Melisi, pizzas express, domino's manor, anything but this place.

   absolutely terrible customer service!! no pizza for 2 hours someone then hung up on me ! and was told refund takes a week ! no apology so rude will never order here againn!!!!!

   Ordered this evening and 50mins later even though the app showed that the pizza had been delivered it hadn’t. Was told it was on the way and be with us in 10mins. Arrived after 15mins. We realised that they had forgotten the ice cream that was ordered so when we called, they said they didn’t even have the ice cream in stock (though still took payment), but offered a different ice cream and said that for the inconvenience they would send two in about half an hour. 1.5hr later no ice cream. Would never order from this branch again, absolute awful experience and not the first time.

   The service seems to have deteriorated. Last week, ordered my usual, didn't arrive or show as on its way after an hour. No one contacted me so I called and was told there was an issue and pizzas are now being made. Waited another hour before I called again, and there was another problem that no one told me about. Then the order tracker showed as delivered but I hadn't received anything and had to call again. Nearly 4 hours later, after chasing again, got my order (with the whole family taking their frustrations out on me). The store said if I call back next week, my order will be free as compensation. Called back following week and was told that is not the case, I felt like they thought I was a chancer. and made me feel bad Not sure I will risk this store again.

   We order pizza every week from this store for about over a year now. And since last 6 months the service is deteriorating from this store. From late pizzas, to pizza cut up in all sorts of irregular ways and today..... they are over half hour late and have sent a pizza with THE BAKING TRAY STILL IN IT. Not to mention when we were trying to chase up our pizza they keep putting down phone on us..... including a photo to show what we found.... appalling service and appalling staff.... except for the delivery guy who was very apologetic. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this store ever again.

   Various decent deals offering more reasonable prices. The ingredients are good, rich tomato sauce and flavoursome anchovies. They have a vegan option which in itself is good and even better is that it actually tastes alright. Service on the phone got a little muddled but with ordering and preparation, all completed within 30 minutes which isn't bad.
