   I collected a Pizza from here this afternoon. The Pizza collection experience was excellent. The store is really nice and the decor is nice. Gluten Free Pizzas need to be ordered online but can be collected in the store. My Pizza was prepared really quickly. The Gluten Free Pepperoni Passion was delicious and a good portion size. The Garlic and Herb dip was delicious and added lots of flavour. I can’t recommend Domino’s Pizza in Ickenham highly enough.

   Ordered for delivery at 6:30 pm. Over an hour later we still did not have the food, and the tracker was showing quality check for over half an hour. I then went to the store after trying to call them more than 10 times with no success. When I arrived they said they were backed up which is not my problem and I should check the tracker which I was doing. Their reasoning for not answering the phone is that people were swearing at them which is not a good enough reason in customer service. It was already out for delivery when I arrived at the store, which the tracker was not reflecting, as I was leaving the manage stated that they do not have to answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting service and we will not be ordering from them again.

   this is for a collection order. To be honest I don't eat pizza very often but some clever marketing from Dominos had left a memory of an Indian flavor "Gunpowder Chicken" pizza in my mind so I decided to go for it- and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED :). The flavors are mildly Indian, not overpowering and while it's spicy with Jalapenos; I took most of them off to reduce the kick and it worked great. I also got 4 wings and they hit the spot. To top it off the order was ready within 10-12 mins which is impressive- about the exact time it took me to drive to the location. Dominos is not gourmet pizza and it does not pretend to be, but for a quick fix (literally)- I don't think any local Italian restaurant could rustle you up an authentic pizza so for convenience and a 'something different' taste, the experience was top notch. My only suggestion is offering customers a choice of sauces for wings as the red hot sauce was too tangy for me- I would have loved a Ranch dip instead.

   WORST SERVICE WORST DOMINOS Where do I start? I ordered for delivery not collection but upon my delivery it wasn’t a delivery the driver said “I’m coming to the church if you ain’t there 3-4 minutes I leave” I said sorry but it’s a delivery I’m disabled as well this was so rude he said fine my boss will call and the dominos manager called said I can’t force him to deliver if he refuses to go to your flat he don’t need to bare in mind I already paid £45 I had 3 pizzas 3 sides 2 drinks and a ice cream I needed to go down my flat outside and try carry it someone helped me from outside and follow me to my door WORSE SERVICE

   I want to give 0 stars but 1 is the minimum. After 1 hour of ordering, driver calls asking where my house is.. i thought he was confused of the door etc so i repeat my address and provide directions but he is still asking where is it. when i ask his location, i realised he is literally 2 minutes down the road so we told him to drive up the road and we will stand outside waving at him - bearing in mind our house is on the main road and not some narrow side road!! after 20 mins, the guy is still confused n lost n instead going in opposite directions and kept hanging up. He also spoke little to no english and was mumbling away. Called the store, guy on the phone offers no apology whatsover. He did not even want to send a new order to us and instead said ‘i dont know how long more it will take if u want fresh one and the one with driver is cold anyway’. So clearly he did not even care.. so when we asked what else can he offer, he said he will ‘try’ to get us a refund. Like…. no food more than an hour, no apology and he will ‘try’ to refund like he is doing us a favour. At this point, we gave up and just said send us refund and hung up. And proceeded to order from pizza hut where the food came hot n fresh to doorstep in 30 mins

   Placed an order at 18:54. Your order tracker says delivered at 19:24. Call the restaurant at 19:36 says the rider is out with two order that’s why it says delivered. Call back at 19:50 which is now an hour for my pizza to be told by the branch manager who refused to give me his name that he had been to my property and that he had handed my pizza to someone else. The branch manager then told me to speak to the driver. Driver apologised and said he had given my food to the wrong person. My living room window is by the front door in a closed private area. The driver did not come to my property however I was repeatedly told that the driver had been to my property. Said he would send another one out I asked if I’d have to pay full price he said nothing he could do. Went back and forth got 5 minutes and he offered me £10 coupon off my next pizza. Pizza arrives at 20:21 and to be fair it’s hot and tastes great. Haven’t ordered dominos for a while due to this branch . Have had previous poor service from here which is why I’ve been using papa John’s for some time now. Fancied dominos today and unfortunately I’m reminded why I haven’t ordered for a while. Bad reviews all over google too. Someone needs to sort this branches customer service out, it’s awful.

   Alright fair enough, it was the England semi final but our food was ordered before half time and arrived after the match including extra time had finished and the tracking app kept lying to us about where our order was. A 2 hour wait in total! It was lukewarm when it arrived and a little rubbery. On a match night you must know people will be ordering take away, get more staff in and if you haven't got the staff, don't take the order! Impossible to get through by phone to chase up the order too!
