   I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I understand how challenging running a business can be. However, in this case, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I ordered the dippers (boneless chicken strips) and received them with a black residue on top, which made me think the food was being fried in old oil. When I called the shop directly, the response was quite rude, and the staff even mentioned that they change the oil only once a week. This is concerning, especially when we’re serving this food to our kids. I would like the management to be aware of this issue and kindly request that more care is taken with food quality and hygiene. I won’t mention the staff member’s name publicly, but if management responds to this review, I’m willing to share the details privately.

   Ordered 2 pizzas from them. When we opened the box, we released immediately that it was the wrong ones. When we called to complain, the guy we spoke to apologised saying its because they run out of dough! He did however say he knew who we where as we regularly order from them,so next time they will give us a free pizza as an apology Fast forward two weeks when we wanted to order again. Called and spoke to Muhammad who was very rude and disputed everything! Very rude and abrupt he was, saying you should call the manager on Monday. Took my business elsewhere. I was prepared to give Farmhouse the benefit of doubt after my friend's card got scammed ordering from them. Never again!

   Great tasting pizza, definitely recommend. Parking available directly outside too. Flexibility always welcome for pizza toppings and made fresh while you wait which is about 10 minutes.

   Just ordered a margherita and chicken strips. You are now my go to pizza place, that was amazing, and washed down with a cheesecake. Sorry for the long delivery trip, especially as the Champs League final is on, but great food, friendly delivery. I'm coming to you now for my pizza needs. 10/10.

   Ordered x2 18" pizzas B1G1F - because they had this option on Just Eat - they delivered x2 12" pizzas - our order definitely said x2 18" pizzas. We called and they said they'd deliver x2 18" pizzas, only for them to call back 5 minutes later and say it's not possible because they don't do the B1G1F on the 18" pizzas. We said we chose the option and we've paid for it, therefore, they have to honour it. We had a house full of builders and we'd ordered x2 18". They blamed Just Eat and told us to contact them, and told us they weren't delivering the 18" pizzas. Why wouldn't they cancel our order if they don't do B1G1F on 18" pizzas? Or call us to tell us? No, they just made a decision to send us 12" pizzas instead. Doesn't make sense - terrible service and rude.

   Used em for 2 years and they have never messed an order up or had it arrive in any way bad. Got a feeling a lot of the negative reviews are from rival pizzerias in the area because Farmhouse is a chain, and you don't open 7 branches if the first one isn't good, and this is one of the original ones. Can't fault them, never had a problem with them.

   Good pizza, even better prices however the products are very low quality- the ribs tasted very odd and didn’t finish them, the burger is also very low quality especially the meat, i loved the bbq wings as well. I’m giving it a high score because you basically get what you pay for in here- low prices but also low quality meat. I will order again when on a budget

   Good choice of pizzas including numerous veggie options and some with anchovies. Meal deal are pretty good and the pizzas are tasty. The cheese in the stuffed crust is less rubbery than other places. At 20 minutes to prepare the preparation time was pretty quick. Would certainly recommend.
