Order took over 3 hours to arrive and then was left on the doorstep at nearly 4am in the morning. I then have camera footage of the food being stolen. No notification, no updates. Uber eats have refused to give me a refund. Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs!
I ordered a vegetarian pizza but it came out overcooked, with the crust tasting more fried/burnt than baked. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, but the base was too hard and made the pizza less enjoyable. Would be much better if the crust was baked properly instead of overdone.
Bought 13” pizza recently. The pizza was tasty and properly cooked. However; I didn’t like the approach of 2 staffs in there, one of them sitting and using his mobile, no eye contact whatsoever. The another one who was at the desk was like a statue, I told him that I ordered a 13” pizza , he said nothing went to the oven , then he came back to attend another call. No communication whatsoever.. then 10 minutes later a happy and pleasant staff handed me the pizza.. I also didn’t feel the atmosphere appealing , it was just like a dead place … Anyways , the pizza was good, there is limited parking spaces available in front of the shop, they accept both cash and card payments..
Tasty pizza. Looks like I have found my regular pizza place as almost everything I tried was not the same as Farmhouse in Northwood which unfortunately closed down some time ago.
They always get your pizza order wrong. Instead of putting the right toppings they always seem to put the wrong ones! they don’t even read the notes or take into consideration what you actually want. Would not recommend
I will totally recommend just pizza plus , we have been ordering from them for last year and at least 2-3 times a month and the food is always piping hot and tasty. Tonight we had an issue with the order for the first time since using them, after explaining what the issue was within 15 minutes a delivery driver turned up with the replacement item and was very professional about it. Things do sometimes go wrong , I get that but it’s how you deal with it that makes you stand out, good or bad , happily I can say the just pizza plus team did a great job sorting and resolving the issue. Thank you you restore my faith in well run businesses. I also recommend using their own app which works well and has more selection than any of the main food apps and is cheaper as they don’t charge ridiculous fees.
This place was good for a while I was a regular customer for 2 years but recently 3 times in a row I ordered lasagne which they use too always deliver on time with no problems but they decided to also lie to me about the delivery times on those 3 occasions this occured. The lasagne had basically no meat filling three times in a row I decided to give it this many chances due to being a regular customer. I believe new management has taken over and don't know how to run the place. I no longer recommend this place to anyone.
Awesome pizza , feeling so satisfied. It’s worth to try. Friendly staff and variety of pizza and they are open till late.
