   Scam , buy one get one free , absolutely ridiculous. And even they don’t have an excuse. Is saying buy one get one free and when you going inside you pay extra and they can’t give you a good reason why ??? So they make an advert just to still money from people because this is it . You will never get the pizza free , you pay for it …. I will contact the council because this is ridiculous, you can’t lie about offers just to bring people inside and pay and after give them stupid reasons .

   Management & Services Zero The delivery driver was extremely rude. We paid for delivery, but instead of bringing the order to our door, the driver made us collect it from the street. he said that we provide him a wrong address I received my order late, and unfortunately the food arrived cold and burnt. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the food

   I've had pizzas from here since I went to college over 15 years ago and after moving back to the area recently it's still just as good as I remember. A little more expensive than your typical local pizza place, but still cheaper than the big chains and easily as good if not better too. Order about 11.15pm about got my food about 11.50pm just before they closed. Everything was cooked perfectly and the delivery was fast.

   We used to order regularly but voted with our feet up until today when my daughter asked for pizza. It was burnt and when we complained we were offered a new pizza that was delivered in 25 mins, but strangely they wanted to collect the burnt pizza to take it away! My kids were hungry so we gave the one slice each of the overdone pizza as it was still edible. Surely they could see the state of the pizza when it was cooked/cut and please re-think the attitude of collecting the pizza that's gone wrong!

   Taste wise the pizza was great. But the offer was literally cheatful because of its size and quantity. The medium pizza is £5.99 but they gave us ‘1+1’ offer for £13+ pounds which is unacceptable. Terrible experience.

   delivery drive was very rude on delivery and had a go for a good 3 minutes when he couldn't locate the flat (despite giving instructions and there being a map of flats outside the flats) and i accidentally had an old number. Awful attitude after spending over £30. Wont be ordering again.

   Topps has been our go-to pizza takeaway place since we moved to the area 2 years ago. We must have ordered at least 15 times and I never expected such poor customer service as I experienced this time. My husband asked for our pizzas to be extra cooked. The special was well done on the top but the dough was completely raw inside, I’ve included a photo. The veggie pizza was supposedly well done too but you can see the difference in colour compared to the special. I could live with the veg pizza if the manager hadn’t jumped at his own defence telling me that this happens when it’s over cooked and there’s nothing they can do. Eventually just put the phone down completely confused listened to the manager’s excuses and that’s 2 pizzas gone to waste. No offer to remake our order or a refund. Completely unprofessional in my opinion and won’t be ordering from here again.

   We have ordered pizza from here regularly through the years but the quality and the customer service has just gone down hill. To the orders being wrong and the staff taking no responsibility for it and leaving us with the wrong pizzas. Ridiculous! We ordered chicken tikka chicken for our topping and normally it's red when I called them they asked if it was red I said no they put me on hold for afew seconds said it's definitely chicken tikka and ended the call. The chicken is obviously plain. Pics attached...
