   Ordered two large 14" pizzas through Uber eats at 22:32 on Monday. They accepted and then cancelled the order 10min later with no reason given. Can only base my review on the only experience I have had with them and sadly only 1 star due to being unable to fulfill my order.

   Lovely pizzas and friendly staff. Pizzas are never greasy. The chunky chicken nuggets are a must try! If you order through their own website you get better deals.

   Ordered via uber eats and for some reason part of the family deal was missing when it arrived. I called the shop explaining some items are missing, they rectified it without any issues and came to deliver it home. They also changed the drinks delivered which weren't what we choose originally. Honesty and being helpful was really appreciated by us. Will consider them whenever I am in the area.

   The food is good however if you order using UberEats, Deliveroo or Just Eat, they are bound to get the order wrong 9/10 times and you can rarely get a refund.. you call up Hot Express Special and they tell you they’ll throw in something for free the next time but never do.. so if you want to ensure you receive everything, you are better off collecting to ensure you receive everything you paid for!

   Waited 1hr 20 mins for 1 pizza to be delivered. Lied to on phone, told 5-8 mins but it was really 25 mins and not even an apology. Barely any topping on the pizza and it was dry as a bone with no sauce even though I asked for extra. They have a track history of messing up my order. This is the last time they have the chance though!

   Love the pizzas here. They are just so tasty, I would recommend to everyone to order from here. We've started to come more frequently it's that good! We've also had the bbq chicken wings from here which are also delicious!

   Never received my order. Placed an order through THEIR app, wait 1 hour, called : it will arrive in 5 min. 25 min later still waiting. Called 3 times again they keep saying 10 min. No apologies. They are 7min drive from my place.... cancel my order I am not waiting an hour and 45 min from a pizza place down the road...
