   I placed an order that included a Pepsi 1.5L, but the drink was not delivered with my order. After noticing the missing item, I called the restaurant to report the issue. During the call, I was informed that it was the driver’s mistake. However, instead of offering a solution or assistance, the staff member abruptly ended the call by hanging up on me. This behavior was unprofessional and very disappointing.

   Our regular pizza place - food arrived so pipping hot the amazing delivery driver Hamza, couldn’t take it out the bag! It was steaming. Ok, steaming fries aren’t for everyone but my kids loved them and the pizzas are always yum

   Absolutely terrible service, my food came 90 minutes late, I tried calling the restaurant and nobody answered, food was cold and stale and it was a horrendous experience. Why get paid for a job you can’t even do properly, and at least if food takes longer to prepare it could come hot, but it was bloody stale.

   Absolute waste of space! No one can speak English, which surely is essential if you’re answering the phone and taking orders?! After 8 minutes of tourment, I finally ordered my pizzas and then got cut off! Complete waste of my life!

   I was sent the wrong order by uber eat try to call them no help rang the store mangetout was rude not helpful put the phone down on me sent 40 with you I work in a restaurant that does these delivers and we sort it out if this is your staff you should be deceased I will be ring head tomorrow by the way this is Ruislip manner manger

   Ordered 2 medium pizzas and they both arrived with no tomatoe sauce base. 1hr30min plus wait for delivery, for what? Some warm bread with cheese and toppings thrown on it! When speaking to pizza hut they said to take it up with just eat. Did they put the order together. What a joke.

   The worst pizza experience I've ever had ! Over 1 hour wait to recieve an order that was completely wrong and to top it off did'nt answer the phone after 5 or 6 attempts. Had to drive to the branch and physically show them the order is wrong. Pineapple missing Barely any BBQ sauce Barely warm and dry Thin crust not pan No real apology...amazed they actually took the pizza away in view of the above. They didn't answer the phone because they were busy (f**king up orders). Will never order through this branch again. Apparently a full refund on the way.
