   I had the paneer pizza from Tops Pizza and it was absolutely excellent! The paneer was fresh and perfectly cooked, with great flavour and the right amount of spice. The crust was soft and delicious, and the toppings were generous. Really impressed — will definitely order again!

   Delicious,fresh pizza! As  a vegetarian I always come here to get the tandoori paneer pizza, it’s the best in town, full of flavour and lots of toppings and the service is amazing! Highly recommend

   I would have give zero star but unfortunately not available. I used tops pizza Edgware for years which is amazing. However tops pizza Rayners Lane is just rubbish, there is no quality, no manner or professionalism. There is no one to complain to. This brunch is just a disgrace for tops pizza.

   Only the place I am ordering pizza in Rayners Lane but the person who answered the phone is very rude I don’t know is he the manager or what but he was over talking doesn’t let me to finish my order saying very busy if they can’t take the orders over the phone why the hell they have option to order over the phone. When he doesn’t understand what I was telling he was telling me he can’t understand my English asking me can you speak English asked me to pass the phone some one who speak English delivery driver told me he is the Manager Tops pizza in Rayners Lane needs to find a Manager who can speak and understand English better than the one they have now and this manager is really really rude I want to give 0 stars but no option

   I ordered on Uber. The guy drove to the wrong address, couldn’t track the delivery. Called the shop to tell them they didn’t care. I ended up waiting over an hour for a cold pizza. I had been ordering for many years I will never order again. Guys, if you care about customer service and being heard do not order from here they do not care. The service has gone down go elsewhere. Complete waste of money the worst phone arrive I have ever had.

   Ordered 2 pizza’s one small no cheese as im lactose intolerant, lady called to double check the note i left, i confirmed im allergic she said ok hang up then guess what arrives? Pizza with cheese, called them back, a man picked up really nice guy he apologised then the lady called me again to argue over the order that is not cheese on pizza! At this point im laughing and im telling her explain the white stuff? Anyways, defo not ordering from them again, not because of the wrong order, as that can happen but the atittude of hers.

   Absolutely appalled by the level of customer service here. Called in to order a pizza for collection, and an extremely rude man taking my order would not let me finish. He would talk over me and then cut the phone as I was still trying to tell him what I wanted on my pizza. Got to the store, there were no olives on my pizza. He immediately responded with “you didn’t tell me you wanted this” and both me and my partner explained we were trying to tell him over over phone before he put it down on us. He angrily took the pizza and shoved about 6 handfuls of olives on it and gave it back to me. This is an absolute joke, and pretty disgusting for a franchise like this to treat their customers.

   Absolut ripoff! Small pizza!???? Really? Size of a large grapefruit for £6 and top it up with such a miserable service... No Hello, no Bye, Totally not worth it. My opinion that the new owner has no clue on how to run a business! Looking at the place it does not even have a menu on the wall to look at just apart from boxes and boxes of disused leaflets! And it looks more and more like a bric and brac shop very cowboy. The only decent thing was the box the pizza came in.
