   Outstanding service from Ranna! I visited Papa Johns recently and was genuinely impressed by the excellent service provided by Ranna. He was polite, efficient, and made sure my order was handled perfectly. You can really tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated these days. The food was delicious as always, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back — thanks again to Ranna for making the experience even better!

   This is my regular papa johns delivery service and this time nearly waiting 2 hours for food which is obviously going to arrive cold. They just said there is a fault in the system. I appreciate it’s a Friday night and will be busy but this is ridiculous never waited so long!! Dear Lord I better get a refund

   I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the toll gate staff(brown Beard with cap). The attendant’s attitude towards customers and delivery riders has been consistently unprofessional. He speaks very rudely to everyone, which creates a negative experience for those passing through. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure better service and respectful communication at the toll gate.

   Friendly courteous telephone manner. Swift great suggestions for alternatives. Considering the heavy road works in the area. Timely efficient delivery straight to the door with the food still fresh and hot. Recommended for those nights when you're caught off guard and don't have time to cook.

   When I was house sitting for a friend The delivery driver couldn't find the address dispite my clear instructions, my standing out the front of the house in my slippers on a freezing night and several phone calls in which he hung up on me each time, he was very rude and in the end didn't turn up. The manager said he'd refund me, this never happened. Luckily I'd paid by PayPal so requested my own refund

   Shocking place, take your order, take money off your card and had no intentions of ever fulfilling the order as apparently they had 200 orders to get through with 3 staff members. 6 days later still waiting for my refund, barely an apology, no explanation and their customer service department are rude and pretty useless too and did nothing to help. Wont be ordering again and will give my business to Dominos instead.
