   I’m really disappointed with the service I received. When I called to enquire about my refund — which Ian had already promised me — the manager hung up on me. Throughout the call he constantly talked over me, was rude, and showed no professionalism at all. It was honestly some of the worst customer service and management I’ve ever experienced. I still haven’t had my issue resolved, and the whole interaction left me feeling completely ignored as a customer. I will taking further to customer services, pizza is also shit! Avoid!

   Ordered 1 pizza and 1 side. Waited over an hour before I rang the store to ask about my order as the tracking app said it was completed. I was told it had been delivered when it had not. When I asked for more information on where they delivered they confirmed they delivered to a woman in her 70s. I am not half that age so asked for a refund. They offered to remake the order which I declined as they said it would take another 30-45minutes, which by this time would have been over 2 hours from when I first ordered. They said I could cancel the order but that I would have to speak to their customer service team for them to issue the refund. I did this and after a day the customer service team said the store had refused my refund. I rang the store to ask why and they said the ‘story’ the customer service team gave was not what I told them. I have in writing what I told the customer service team and they seem to have got confused somewhere. The team member I spoke to from the store on the phone was rude, blunt, did not apologise once and hung up on me when I asked why after they confirmed they had delivered to an old lady they still were adamant they had delivered to the wrong address. I live alone so that is simply not possible So now I am left with having paid for an order that never arrived and being called a liar. Simply they have stolen my money

   Shocking pizza, minimal cheese, even less sauce. Ordered for collection, not ready when they claimed it would be. Avoid. Edit: I contacted Pizza Hut prior to making this review to see if they wanted to resolve the matter. The response I received “Hey Paul, Thanks so much for reaching out to us. We’re really sorry your pizza from Addlestone on the 6th of August, wasn't up to scratch – we really appreciate you letting us know so we can look into this. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to the manager, so they can review directly with their team and ensure standards live up to expectations in the future. We hope to see you in a Hut again very soon! Best wishes,” Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon. Included photos and a video showing lack of cheese and sauce. CEO complaint to follow….

   A simple margarita pizza that’s meant it have cheese and tomato sauce had little slices of onions - how contaminated is the food?! Also very undercooked base could have made a dough again! Never again will I ever using pizza hut specially this branch

   Fast delivery, toppings accurate, pizza tasty - all good. They also gave free dips and they are very generous with their toppings. I ordered a margherita from 2 different pizza huts, and the one from this branch, Addlestone, was so much better with way more cheese (see pic, bottom slices are from Addlestone). Would order from here again

   I used to order from pizza domino until one day I said let's change the pizzeria to see what others have to offer and that's how I ended up at pizza hut where I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I can also have a super student discount but that mattered very little compared to the wonderful taste of the farmhouse pizza, which I highly recommend, and not only was I surprised to find out that besides pizza, I can also find other delicious goodies such as chicken strips or chicken chunks and even a dessert cake and ice cream great! And don't forget, the delivery was super fast, maximum 15 min. The driver was almost frozen on a scooter with fogged up glasses trying to find the number of my house in the dark, laying out a pizza from which steam was still coming out of heat and the pleasant smell of pizza just taken out of the oven saying in a soft voice that thank you for ordering from pizza hut, I'm happy that I ordered from you pizza hut, I replied that I thank him and I just gave him a nice tip, he deserved it, keep it up guys ! Thanks Pizza Hut!

   One of the best deliveries around! Ordered a large pizza and had by far the quickest delivery driver with glasses on a moped deliver to me. I was amazed, it still was hot like it was out the oven a few seconds ago!!! Would recommend that delivery driver all the time!

   Unbelievable service tonight, I ordered online received someone else's order with their receipt, name, address, phone number all there, which means they have my details too, I called up complained and was told they would re make my order and send it again an hour later I called up to find up how long it would be as at this point I'd been waiting two hours for my order, to be told they haven't even remade it and have no idea what I'm talking about then I was asked if I wanted them to make the order and send it?! Dude I know I can't get you to refund me because this store makes you request it online which doesn't even get refunded when you do of course I want the food, I don't care what the kids say I'm never ordering from there again it's a shambles always something that goes wrong almost every time.
