   I tried both the pizza and the hot chicken wings. The pizza itself was decent enough, but the wings felt like they hadn't been fully cooked through. Additionally, the batter covering them seemed to lack that nice, crispy texture I was expecting. Update: They called me asking about the issue. I appreciate the proactive response and giving them+2 stars for that, hoping they'll address this issue in the future.

   For our evening wedding meal we were let down with a large pizza order 2 hrs prior to it being needed. After ringing round we got to Herbies who didn’t hesitate in going out there way to instantly produce a mass order! So kind and helpful in ensuring we got what we wanted! All pizzas delivered quickly and all tasted delicious! We’re a massive hit with all our guests who were completely unaware of the initial issue! Massive thank you for rescuing us! Highly recommended this branch.

   We recently ordered a Margherita and Tandoori Chicken Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the staff - they were super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. But just ask for the deals before ordering!!!

   Both the pizza and cookies are amazing! Way better than the others - you probably want the cookies when they are hot & gooey so maybe eat them first? Or only order cookies then you don't have to make a choice!

   I just had an incredible meal from Herbies in Staines! The pizza was bursting with flavor, unlike some of the bland ones I’ve had elsewhere. I went for the Chicken Tandoori pizza, and it was amazing! The flavors were vibrant with a nice kick of chili—absolutely loved it. As someone who frequents many restaurants to assess their food, I truly appreciate a good meal and excellent service. Herbies also offers a variety of side dishes beyond the usual wedges or chips. I tried the potato skins and chicken strips, and they were delicious—packed with flavor. Everything was worth every bite. Well done, Herbies in Staines, keep up the great work! Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delivery guy—he was friendly and cheerful, which really added to the experience and this was definitely value for money.. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

   Staines store, delivery 11.03.23 Pizza was great, although £5.99 for a pot of H&D ice cream that had been refrozen was unacceptable. Called the store was told my only option was to call when placing a next order and they would send. Replacement. I was also advised it was okay to eat the refrozen ice-cream if I wanted too. Having done my basic food hygiene certification years ago I know this is unsafe to to the risk of listeria. Won't be in a hurry to use them again.

   Got 8 xlarge pizzas delivered for a birthday party. Delicious pizzas, delivered on time to a bunch of hungry 7 year old and parents who demolished them. Delicious. Will order again. Very polite service and helpful on delivery.
