   Have been ordering at this branch for many years with not a problem at all. But seems like change of management and certain staff absolutley terrible front of house customer service. Rude manners with a 'so what' attitude does not care about regular customers does not care about locals. One occasion I had to order my pizza 4 times because kept putting wrong ingredient in the pizza very careless and definatley unhygienic practices using meat slicers for veg pizzas. Zero star. Won't be coming back anymore!

   Although the Staines branch is nearer, I always order from this location instead, and today Sunny Kumar confirmed why: he handled my order with the most courteous, prompt, and attentive service I’ve ever experienced at any Pizza Hut—other stores could certainly take a leaf out of his book.

   ordered a large half and half from here.... absolutely appauling. whilst the pizza was excellent in its construction and look it was infact under cooked. then centre of the pizza was so wet and soggy that is tasted awful. this is no exaggeration. the next day the pizza centre was a paste like consistency from the centre. I wish I had ordered this via cash payment as I would have dent it back. some times the pizzs from here is exceptional... this evening.... its was the worst of the worst. what is happening here is on occasions the ingredients is a touch wet and once the pizza is cooked know1 recognises that it need to be checked so the error is going unnoticed because it will on glacé look perfect.... make sure upon ordering you call in to politely ask that your final order is made well. the staff here are very kind and friendly

   Pizzas are always hot and fresh from here. Never had a problem. The staff are friendly and when it's quiet are often alone and do everything themselves. They have a great deal on collection that's not shown on the menu only in the window on a poster. £6.99 for any pizza when you order 2 or more.
