   The waiting time for two hut lunch it's absolutely herrandous, the guy working here looks like he doesn't want to be here today, or any other day, waiting for 30 minutes, order still not done. Really ,? I didnt order the moon, just two hut lunches, no wonder you have this rating. Kuddos to the owner, you can close down otherwise hire some competent people who want to work.

   Order #3803577 ordered yesterday 14th March late evening. The pizza tasted like heaven. Was piping hot and delicious. The hut guys put alot of extra effort to fulfil pizza toppings in whole pizza with good coverage of cheese all over. On top they added black olives just as a good will gesture. All order was amazing. Thanks

   Pizza was of 23 pounds but they reduced the price to 10 pounds due to stale veggies and sauces after eating two slices stomach start paining,it was worst pizza dont do play with customers health, i have thrown whole pizza

   Ordered a pizza for Saturday night, order arrived late and driver apologised as he was stuck in traffic however on the pizza tracker pizza didn't leave till after the slot time that was given. I left instructions that I need garlic and herbs dips with my order that never arrived. The box was soaking wet to an extent cardboard was dissolving. I then called the branch and they promised to send the dips in 10 mins. 40 mins have now passed but no signs of dips. Ordered something to treat kids and family but didn't enjoy the experience and food.

   The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I've been to many pizza hut branches, the guy on the phone here was rude, told me that pizza hut have no deals when Ashford told me they do. Tried to charge me £20 per pizza and delivery on top... he was trying to hurry me up on the phone and said "do you want it or not?" Worst branch ever...

   THEY DONT UPDATE THEIR TIMINGS. Walked in and said they closed at 9pm. When we tried calling no one picked up, is it so hard to update your Google timings??? Very disrespectful we had been travelling for a long time, why is it so difficult to EAT PIZZA?!

   This place is a joke… You can have a choice between a flatbread or medium pizza, the flatbread is literally half the size of a medium pizza and turned up burnt… they said this is normal and the staff member could not care less then put the phone down on me mid conversation. They are well aware of the fact it’s an insufficient product and are clearly quite happy to con people. I’m in awe of how terribly run this Pizza Hut branch is…

   I had ordered pizza over the phone and delivery had taken 1hour which I understand for a Saturday. But the Pizza was cold and side orders looked as if its been dropped, hard and over cooked brown, I phoned the branch again and was asked to phone back tomorrow to talk to the Branch manger BJay. Disappointing service and product at the same time. I did read the reviews and thought I would give it ago and They are all true as I too experiences putting the phone down and shouted at and call back tomorrow.... we are paying customers and for a quality pizza. I would not recommend this Pizza delivery.
