   First and last time ordering from here, ordered two pizza’s and they both tasted bland. The actual pizza base tasted non existent and as if it was just a pre made/bought base as they just feel foamy, pizza it self was tasteless. Chicken felt like cardboard, I also got the mozzarella sticks that were the same and just tasted like oil and as a plus the delivery driver just was miserable no chance of a pizza with a smile. So if your feeling like getting a pizza don’t go to go go’s

   I have been ordering pizza from your restaurant since it first opened, but what I experienced recently has completely changed my opinion. I will no longer be ordering from you. The customer service was extremely unprofessionalrude and very unpleasant.

   We ordered a half and half deep pan pizza on Tues night. As you can see, we were sent a thin and burnt pizza. I tried to call them for over an 1hour that night no answer . I then called the next day to be told they closed at 10pm due to Ramadan. I have no problem with that as I'm muslim too and you can imagine how hungry we were too from fasting. However there were no warnings regarding earlier closing time . Even the website is down and you can't order online hence why we did a telephone order. When I finally got through to a staff member last night. I was told to send a picture and I'd get half price next time. This is not the first time. Whenever they do mistakes they said half price for next order which they don't have track of. It is just an easy way to get rid of the complaint being made. Last time they missed our side orders, which was embarrassing when we had guests. We called them up then and was told the same thing. We never got half price on our order after. I explained my concern to the worker then he said i should speak to the manager regarding that this is the second mistake. He didn't sympathise at all. He said there's nothing he can do as I'm mixing things up. He then told me he's the shift manager and nothing can be done. It made no sense as he hung the phone up in my face. A manager shouldn't have to behave in such a manner as I told him I had full proofs of the mistakes.

   Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Tasteless and cold by the time it was delivered. Delivery was late and they insisted I paid extra £4 on top of the Uber Eats fees on delivery.

   Pizza’s were cold upon delivery. After speaking to the shop manager he was rude and impolite, I told him I can send him pictures of the pizzas as they were cold and they didn’t seem fresh but he was in denial and really rude. I had to microwave them. Literal waste of £27 pounds!!

   Been buying from GoGo Stanwell ever since It opened here. Hygiene and cleanliness is on point since the beginning but the quality of the pizzas has deteriorated with the prices gone up. No longer a budget pizza shop. Bought a margarita pizza yesterday which I should have checked when picking up because when brought home it was burnt - very dark & crusty cheese. Saved three slices (since had to feed the hungry guests) to take back and query this at the shop today only to be told this is how a “well done” margarita is. I wasn’t born yesterday and the pizza chef clearly needs a Gordon Ramsey style insult. He was adamant that the pizza is not burnt and that this is their standard . another excuse was that it was a thin crust pizza so this is how it turns out. The staff member had no regret that they were losing the customers loyalty and insulting the customers intelligence. Really appalled by the response I walked out leaving the “well done” slices for them to stick it to their wall of shame !
