Been ordering for many years from Pizza Hut Whitton and the Pizza is amazing. The staff are fantastic and the customer service is outstanding. Everything on the menu is great. Pizza Hut is the best. 5 stars is not enough for this excellent restaurant.
Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. Tried it a couple of times after a few years. The pizza taste of pizza sauce is far too prominent, it tastes like it’s 90% cheap tomato concentrate, I suspect the cheese is fake/cheap, with no cheese pull and no flavour. The base is enunciation anaemic, almost doughy, and so I sickened if eating it after a couple of slices. I think they’ve really cheaped out on ingredients to an extent where all quality I has gone. They delivered quickly on the plus side, but unless they address quality issues, can’t see them being around in another 20 years
Have just ordered delivery from here, and it is the best pizza I’ve ever had! If I could get the same person to make this & I ordered from here every time I wanted pizza - I’d be very happy
I ordered online from this Pizza Hut, and notice that I had mistakenly put in the wrong address. I cancelled my order instantly (ordered 15:16, cancelled 15:16) yet was still charged a cancellation fee of £18 due to "the food preparation being started" this is impossible due to the very small window of time in which I cancelled.
Ordered after ages today, didn't used to have the best experience but tonight the food was THE BEST! It was fresh, bread was soft, they were generous with the toppings, honestly the best it's ever been! I just hope it's like this every time now
Dont order the pizza from this Whitton . Pizza delivery is very late and Pizzhut sure will lose the bussiness if they continue this manner for taste . I never tasted this kind of worst taste in my life
Worst pizaa i and my family ever had it.. NO TASTE in Sauce, NO fresh cheese and completely tasteless Toppings.... WASTE of Money.. . BIG NAME BRAND OF PIZZA BUT YOU can get better taste in Supermarket Low Price Value with Better Quality....
Situated 2.2 miles from home but refused saying we are too far and out of their delivery zones. Yet the one about 2.8 miles away were very happy and delivered the pizza. Both Pizza Hut branches.
Pizza hut online lost our £70 order for mother's day. Epic fail. Shop staff were useless and refused to give us our pizzas. Instead they directed us to online support, having first given us customer service telephone numbers that they knew were no longer working. Absolutely dreadful service.
We order almost every week , and sometimes is very tasty, but sometimes is not, still our favorite
