   The food would have probably been nice if it actually turned up. Ordered a Large meal and an extra pizza. After 40mins of waiting, the app said ‘enjoy’ and that it had been delivered. I left it for 5 minutes before calling the store. Once called, they asked me to wait another 5 minutes, so I did. Still nothing. I drove over to ask what was going on and they said they were contacting the driver but none of them were on any phones. They didn’t offer to make a new order and just pushed for a refund. I’ve now been waiting 5 days for any update on the refund and have got nowhere so far. Their online team ‘need more information’ apparently before processing any refund.

   Main issue was at delivery. The delivery driver couldn't find my front door and so I had to come down to grab the food. When I got there, no apology, he simply told me I put in the wrong post code (I didn't). I explained to him that that is my post code and then had to explain the simple concept that post codes include multiple buildings and he needed to see the number on my door. He just walked off.

   Staff are extremely rude. Would actually rate 0 stars if possible. Attended on varied occasions and had the same experience every time. Received a leaflet through my door saying buy 1 get 1 free with collection. Partner just walked to the shop to order and was faced with nasty staff. Read the whole leaflet to make sure we met the T&Cs but staff made up their own rules that the offer is Tuesdays only! Does not say this on the leaflet or website. Just trying to get more money, ignorants staff.

   If I could rare lower I would. I love papa johns, but ever since moving to this area I have hated every experience I have had with this company. The staff are rude, the actively get the order wrong or lower the portion sizes. The food is either overcooked or undercooked. I will call them to request updates or to make sure they have stuff in stock (since they don't signify on the website) and they will be extremely rude and hang up on you whilst you try to ask the simplest of questions. I am currently still attempting to contact them, as apparently they have now lost my order.

   Awful experience. The food arrived just warm with the extra drips we ordered missing. To top it off we had to throw out the garlic bread due to hairs having been cooked into the food.

   Absolutely garbage, food was stale and sloppy, delivery time was far too long, they could do much better have it’s clear quality is not of concerns. Would not order again unless desperate.
