   I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut Rayners Lane many times, so I know what a proper stuffed crust should be like, but this time was honestly disappointing. I paid £5 extra for a stuffed crust pizza and there was literally no cheese in the crust at all. It was just empty and tasted horrible. I called the store and the lady who answered didn’t really know what to say, but she told me they would send a replacement. Then about five minutes later the manager, Balraj, called me back and was extremely rude. He said I reported it “too late” because it had been around two hours — but I was at the office, ordered two pizzas for the staff, and only realised the issue when I got my slice. Instead of understanding, he just said there’s nothing he can do and ended the conversation. On top of that, the pizza was supposed to have extra triple blend cheese, but they only put cheese in random spots and left some areas with hardly anything. Really poor quality and terrible customer service. Never ordering from here again.

   The pizza's were amazing. As a new foreigner here in Rayners Lane I must admit those pizza's are legit. Fast delivery. Since we have many pizza places in this area, I've noticed some places look for beef with concurrention therefor never take 1 star reviews too serious :)

   Service gone negative. Ordered at Chiken Sizzler thin base for a diabetic person at 17.22, was told will be ready in 15-20 mins, and was given at 18.11 after a long wait. Paid for it while waiting and it turned out to be thick base Chicken supreme. On complaint asking for contact number for customer service, Balraj pointed to a paper stuck to the glass of franchise Nine Food Group Ltd. No number. Couldn't refund as he has to send details to their HQ and promised to do so, and gave me the wrong pizza made as sorry. So three mistakes in one order so it had to be highlighted: Wrong pizza. Wrong base. 50mins for collection.

   Never order from these guys. They have stolen pizza slice on the way. On top of that, they are calling me liar. Also the quality of pozza was very bad and it was cold.

   Terrible customer service. Ordered food, was told to collect it at a set time. To arrive and be told it's not been cooked yet. Wait around for our food to be cooked, then be charged extra for a sauce. Very rude and unhelpful staff.

   Just called Pizza Hut Rayners Lane for office staff (over 15 people) the most unprofessional female lady answered the phone. She was not interested in taking any orders and just wanted me to do online as (i feel) she was being lazy and looked like she was being force to work. Message to the owner i think you need to change all your staff looking at your reviews 2.5 stars is very poor standard for a company like Pizza hut. I have just ordered similar pizza from dominos (across the road from this branch) straight forward . My order was over £70

   Awful experience and very disappointed as usually Pizza Hut has never disappointed me before. Both pepperoni pizzas I ordered on 28 March 2021 were literally moving inside a pool of oil. There was so much oil that the pizzas were totally soaked in it. Extremely low quality and no care was shown at all. I addressed this to the manager and he said he cannot see anything like that in his records and he didn’t do anything about it. I told him that I can send him my receipt of paying for it and a picture but he refused to deal with it. People order elsewhere because here is just a waste of money!!!! Please see my picture!

   WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered beef sizzler classic crust no beef at all got all my order deep pan. Pizza Hut should train franchises to do their job properly instead wasting our money.
