   I recently ordered from Watford Pizza, and I have to say the experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish. From the moment I placed my order, everything went smoothly and professionally, which already set a great first impression. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious. The base was perfectly cooked — not too thick and not too thin — with a soft inside and a nicely crisp edge. The sauce had a rich, fresh tomato flavour, and the cheese was generous and melted perfectly across the whole pizza. The toppings were fresh, well-cooked, and evenly spread, making every slice full of flavour. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing service from the staff, especially Gengenz and Muhammad. They were extremely polite, helpful, and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience even better and left a very positive impression. The value for money is excellent, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. Even with delivery, the food arrived hot, fresh, and well-packaged, which shows real care and effort from the team. Overall, Watford Pizza has easily become one of my go-to takeaway spots. With great food, fast service, and hardworking staff like Gengenz and Muhammad, it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I’ll definitely be ordering again very soon.

   Ordered a kebab wrap the meat is freezing cold, I rang to speak to the staff about getting one that has been freshly cooked as to which there reply is no it has just been made I live 5 minutes from the shop there’s no way it would be as cold as it was when I received it if it had just been made. The man on the phone was very rude and just kept saying the manager said it was freshly made and then said nothing we can do there’s a customer so I’m not entertaining this! Never normally one to complain but this is ridiculous to then receive the customer service I did is disgraceful

   Ordered £100 worth of food for a big group of friends. We ordered at 8pm and the food arrived at 9.30pm, cold and missing items. Still waiting for the missing items now and it’s 10.30pm!! Absolute shambles, DO NOT order from these people. They don’t answer the phone either which is extremely frustrating when you have been waiting a long time. We spent so much money and feel completely mugged off

   Waited over a hour and 30 minutes after ordering for delivery, no show. App said 20:05 waited 10 minutes after this time and still no show, called so many times no answer, so drove down there and only just being made 1 hour 40 minutes later, no apology or nothing.

   Used Watford pizza for years. Recently been taken over ordered over the phone had to repeat what we wanted three times as the person on the phone couldn't seem to understand a basic order. Wife collected got home order completely wrong food stone cold portion size much smaller than old owners and they had the cheek to say we ordered wrong. Rubbish all round and will not use ever again save your hard earned money as this lot don't deserve it.
