Saar Pizza is the best place to eat because I like the peaceful atmosphere and there is such a peaceful atmosphere and all the team members work fast and all talk with friendly and driver's are very fast
Great pizza. Easy to order on the website. Always turned up around 45 mins after ordering on a weekend. They have multiple deals available on the website, sometimes it’s difficult to work out which deal is cheaper. We ordered 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, 1 side and a drink. The sides available with this deal was only chips, wedges or garlic bread.
Ordered a collection 2 days in a row now first time the pizza was not cooked properly second time now they have given me a cold plain pizza with cheese crust when I ordered a thin crust with chicken. I phoned them for them to tell me they can’t give me a refund. Who ever is working here Is doing a very good job at keeping it not busy since it’s like they do it on purpose because they’re lazy or angry I don’t know. Management sort out your staff!!!
A horrible experience. Normally reliable, but was lukewarm last time. It was out for delivery for over half an hour. When I phoned up and asked if a new delivery could be sent out, as it would be cold from previous experience, the person I spoke to was verbally abusive and put the phone down. This happened today. When it arrived cold, the driver insisted it would be hot, left and when we tried it was unsurprisingly cold. When I called and asked for this to picked up, the same person continued to be extremely rude, told me he would not be issuing a refund and told me to take this up with customer services. This is really awful service and I would hope that a better response is given through their head office.
I've had a couple of bad experiences now but let it go and tried ordering elsewhere. Thought i would give them another go tonight. Took 20 mins to get delivery for 2 miles, after text saying they were on there way, appreciate other deliveries on the way but I knew this would mean my pizza would be semi warm, which is a generous statement! when it arrived then discovered distinct lack of toppings which has been an issue for a while now. Considering their price and delivery charge its seriously a huge let down. Huge spaces on the whole pizza with no cheese, cheese an inch from the crush and the toppings were bare minimal. Looks like there is a gap in the market for a pizza place to take over very soon!
Seems to be a trend with pizza places recently. What happened to melting the cheese for a lovely golden crust? Watery puddles in the middle and soggy/not fully cooked base is a disappointment. The outer edges look good but the middle is the opposite. Not cheap, paid for delivery and no response when emailed to raise my concerns.
Always problems every time I order. When cash has been paid on multiple occasions, I've had to ask for my change as they assume they can keep it. Staff are so rude and unpleasant. Order had missing items this evening and the staff responded that I should have checked all the labels before I left the shop! Delivery drivers are dangerous the way they tear around with no consideration.
