   No frills chicken shack. You pay money, you get food. Do not expect anything more. Chicken served is not anything like the pictures advertised. Customer service does not exist, especially from the sister in Hijab. Ordered a strip meal. Son complained chicken was hard to chew, fries tasted of chemical and for sure it was re-fried stale chips. This experience could have been a one off but i wouldn't be bringing my kid here again for a quick meal before Jummah. They also use cut up Andrex as napkins. Nice touch.

   Yeah just don't do it, there's a reason google scores are so low and just-eat ones are a lot better (and even then if you see the recent ones, real orders are all low stars). Google requires one account per review but on Just-Eat they can just use the same few accounts repeatedly simply by placing an order and marking it as delivered. This place has poor hygiene, serves raw/old/rotten chicken and is just nasty. The pizzas are ok, but do you really want to trust any food that comes out of that kitchen. I wouldn't.

   I am in the area and thought I would see for myself, even with the bad reviews but…I want to be of goodwill but I don’t know if this place has been thoroughly inspected. I was cautious before stating to eat the burgers to check what was inside. I took 2 fries too and something about the oil, they taste very funny, I can’t finish the 1st bag of fries. The prices are the same as other typical chicken shop, so I would value somewhere a bit more safe than this. Let’s not play with our health.

   I recently had an unfortunate experience at RFC that left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of their food. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the issues I encountered with the pizza I ordered overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. To my dismay, I discovered a bone in my pizza, which was not only unpleasant but also a potential health hazard. Finding such an unexpected and unwelcome surprise in my meal was highly disappointing and raised concerns about the overall food preparation and quality control at RFC. Furthermore, the pizza itself lacked the promised amount of chicken toppings. It was evident that the toppings were sparse, resulting in a lackluster and unfulfilling dining experience. The combination of the bone and the insufficient toppings left me feeling unsatisfied and questioning the overall hygiene and attention to detail in the kitchen. While I appreciate the friendly nature of the staff, I cannot overlook the subpar quality of the food. It is disheartening to have such a negative experience, especially when the people serving you are pleasant and accommodating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering anything from RFC The potential health risks associated with finding a bone in the pizza, coupled with the lack of toppings, indicate a lack of quality control and attention to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that RFC takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their food. It is essential for any establishment to prioritize the safety and satisfaction of their customers. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend dining at RFC

   Absolute rubbish the place was unhygienic and even the cups had dirt in them like it was reused.I hope it gets shut down I don't even think they have enough hygiene rating to even be a chicken shop. Disappointed

   Low quality undercooked. Serve bad food to a regular customer. Want £4 refunded really. I don't think I will ever come back even though their pizza 7 inch only are okay their burgers, wraps and fries etc are low quality and apple pies are below average. They gave me a raw pink chicken wrap with deformed ugly fries yesterday. Food is either undercooked or burnt. I don't think they'll see me ever again. Will buy better food from elsewhere to eat or cook myself instead or eat frozen pizza etc as that's better than their inconsistent quality of food and service. Hit and miss. One day good food another day disgusting and inedible. Waste of money and time. Would like to get £4 refund for nasty wrap meal. Ugh. Avoid.

   ordered from just eat, said it delivers in 35-50 mins but came more than an hour later. called the place and they lied to us saying that the driver would come in 5 mins, they did not. do not order from this location.
