Unfortunately, the pizza I received was overcooked, extremely hard, and very dry, which made it unenjoyable to eat. Considering the price I paid, this was very disappointing and not the standard I would expect from Domino’s.
Was disappointed to see the staff kneading the dough and handling the cheese with their bare hands, without wearing gloves. It was honestly unhygienic and very off-putting to watch. Food safety should be taken seriously, and I expected better standards from Domino’s.
While I usually prefer independent shops, I really like the Domino’s in Harrow because of the friendly staff who work here. They are always helpful and flexible, and they remain kind and patient even when I change my order. Their great service keeps me coming back.
Worst ever dominos pizza i ever had from this shop. If this is your classic regular crust no idea how is thin crust going to be. Need to improve and train the staff properly please
I ordered a pizza n saw that staff are not wearing gloves when making pizza The food hygiene is not maintained @dominos should think about this someone might have food poisoning because of this. When we asked they say we wash hand but I was observing I didn't see that's happening
I just bought takeaway pizza from Harrow Domino's Pizza and found plastic in that. How people can be careless. Really not satisfied with the pizza od specially of this harrow branch. My Order number was 152 time 5:47 please manage it and ensure that your staff did not make this mistake again.
I ordered the take away and i was standing at the bake side of the door with friends and the name of the delivery person DAXESH. He was driving veryfast and abusing on father and mother and trying to heat with the car on my bick so is it in your low that you guys are allowed to drive beyond speed and drive on other pathway . And also he was very rood while talking to us.. so from the next time no orders from the domino’s and also will never visit to the door.. and he was driver and saying that he is the manager of the domino’s.. is it so your managers behave like this. Kindly take out from the job like this person who dont have any knowledge of behaving with the customer.. i m strictly says no to everyone whosoever orders .
Worst dominos outlet ever! The pizza sauce was poured excessively in to the bread and you won’t feel any other flavours other than the tangy tomato. The service was terrible and it was nothing Bu waste of money!
Horrible, £15 to the bin, literally the worst pizza ever. I asked for extra cheese and I have zero idea on how that extra cheese became in no cheese at all, literally, its impossible to fall of (there isn't big chunks of cheese to explain the missing parts too) looks like someone puked it. I don't know what they did to it and who was watching/supervising the one that made that pizza. But this is defo the worst domino's pizza shop.
