   We are recently ordered a Farmhouse pizza from the North Harrow location and was thoroughly let down. The base was undercooked to the point of being impossible to eat. I called the restaurant to report the issue, but they dismissed my concern and offered no resolution. The food quality was terrible, and the customer service even worse. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

   I ordered a Farmhouse pizza from North Harrow and was extremely disappointed. The base was completely uncooked and inedible. I even called the restaurant to inform them, but they refused to accept the issue and I didn't called to ask any replacement or refund. Very poor food quality and unprofessional customer service. I will not be ordering from here again.

   We ordered classic and deep pan pizza for collection. We drove home 5 mins away and try pizzas were still nice and warm. The Indian Style Special Pizza was fab if you love a nice spicy pizza. We preferred the classic pizza as base and we’ll be ordering again! Vel was super helpful and friendly.

   Ordered 8 for a kids birthday party on recommendation that this branch was good. There was no communication on the different sizes vs the shape. i.e we were expecting round and received square - typically not an issue but for kids it’s a big deal. Customer service was really bad and lastly the pizzas were pretty much cooked overdone to the point that they were burnt. When giving them feedback we were laughed at and mocked by the staff. So unprofessional - think we’ll stick to our local one.
