   Just got my first papa johns order from here in over 7 years, normally just go with dominos or pizza hut i dont vary too much at risk of regretting buying a takeaway however, this was really good couldnt fault them. Been so dissapointed with the other pizza places recently thought id give it a try, really enjoyed it would recommend it to anyone. Will definetely be getting more pizza from here, really loved the garlic cheese papa bites.

   Terrible service! Took 5 attempts to finally be able to order my full order. First attempt- pizzas taken out of basket and only sides delivered. Second attempt- trying to order 10 large pizzas, got all the way to the checkout and was told “no promotion code” and then all pizzas were removed from the basket and only showing as £2.49 delivery fee! Third & Fourth attempt- same again! Fifth attempt- called the store! Man had terrible customer service, was told delivery driver has already left and would “need to pay” if I needed to add more to order. (Which I already knew!) . 3 deliveries later, Eventually got our 10 pizzas and 10 sides! However could not eat all together as sides arrived 45 mins before the pizzas which were then sent with two separate delivery drivers. Additionally , no bbq sauce despite paying extra for this. Quality of food also deteriorated since previous orders. On a different occasion, we were enjoying our pizza and had our meal rudely interrupted by the doorbell ringing as papa johns had told a different customer that they had mistakenly given their pizza to our address, a definite Breach of GDPR. Would not recommend and won’t be ordering from here again.

   OrderId 81012625 – Was really disappointed with this recent order. The pizza arrived 45 minutes late and was cold, hard, and soggy. Side dishes were freezing too. This was a very disappointing experience. So, I call them, the lady who picked my phone was very polite and told me she will give a call back in 15 minutes, but she didn’t. I’d appreciate it if this could be looked into, as the order did not meet expectations at all.

   Terrible customer service. Food came not even hot. Gave me chicken bites instead of potato tots in a labelled potato tots box. After calling them, was no help and hung up on me. Would not recommend ordering from here

   Very poor service. Ordered today 23/12/2024 @17:41. The person behind the phone cut the call on me while I was trying to explain that my order was incorrect. According to him pizzas were correct. Then that only means quality of pizzas have downgraded! There were absolutely no difference to thin and original crust pizza. This is my go to pizza and branch (thought it's been a while since dieting) so VERY DISAPPOINTED. Order from another branch

   Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Called the store as per their website to complain about a cold order I received, managed to speak to someone called ‘Kevin’ who had me on hold, and then tried to imply it was my fault as I didn’t get in touch last night, and then basically implied I was lying as he said ‘I’m not calling you a liar, but it is impossible for that order to have been cold’. Abysmal customer service, he even hung up the call and ignored any further calls I made. I had to call back off a different phone number to which he answered and was choking on his own words when I queried why he hung up. Initially he said the line dropped out, and then changed his story to he had to serve another customer. Seems strange that you would hang up on a customer who is complaining to serve another customer in store. This store clearly has no real managers or management in place, don’t waste your time contacting the store for a complaint or refund, contact head office direct and avoid wasting your time. Should be ashamed of themselves in this particular store, won’t be ordering again. Be interesting to see if their head office staff even check these reviews.

   Definitely an vegan indulgence. Not an everyday thing. Stuffed crust was ok and toppings were good. Bit heavy. Also the app said it had arrived but it arrived 10mins later.

   Very poor, inedible pepperoni pizza, uncooked base, disgusting cheese and pepperoni that tasted like rubber without any flavouring, Had to bin it and the plain pizza could barely be eaten by our guest. Expensive and going hungry tonight and hoping the Italian team plays better than the taste of their best know national dish!

   First time had a poor service from PJP harrow weald. The driver delivered two large Pizza's which where squashed and half the toppings where stuck on the box. Pizza number two seemed have been dropped and placed back on the box. See images. After a phone call we received two fresh pizza's. I requested with the delivery driver for the manager to call me, I am still waiting for the branch manager to contact me. Custmer service is letting that store down. PJP your reputation for customer service has fallen massively. This is the last time I will ever use Kenton/Harrow Weald PJP.
