   I’ve been to this place several times, and every time one particular worker claims that the card machine isn’t working - yet whenever another staff member is there, it suddenly works just fine. Today, I mentioned to the usual staff member (the one who does let me use the card machine) that it was working, and the other worker - the one who always refuses card payments - came out from the back and became defensive immediately. He claimed the card machine only works for payments under £10, which simply isn’t true. He was rude, aggressive, and started raising his voice. The whole interaction was unprofessional and honestly quite intimidating. It’s unacceptable behaviour towards regular customers, and I won’t be returning after this experience. AVOID.

   Food is usually nice and service used to be great. Now there are new workers and the quality and quantity has decreased significantly. Not the same as before. Looks how I recieved my strip burger. Half of it is empty.

   This chicken shop used to be reasonably priced and nice wings. Lately wings larger less fresh. Pizzas are good, fries always cooked well and crispy. Limited drinks selection.

   Really unprofessional staff. Asked for fresh chips which he was putting into the fryer but wanted to give me the other left. When I tried to pay money which was unfortunately below there card payment limit, he was really unprofessional and inconsiderate. I only buy fries here and nothing else.

   I used to go this restaurant more than one year but today they make me write review .Very poor customer service which make you feel very embarrassed. Person in picture below which I tag is worse of all. I never encountered anybody like this person in any shop in my life. He was talking with every customer very badly. If I can give negative rating I will give -5 star but they are lucky that Google make me to give 1 Star minimum. Uneducated and mannerless
