   I would give negative stars if i could! Me and my colleague popped into the outlet to order lunch for us and our colleagues. The door was open, we went in but there was no one at the counter. I rang the bell, not once but twice, no response. We waited and waited but no luck. I decided to call the phone lines where someone answered the call and said that they were in a meeting and i should call back in half hour. I advised them I am a waiting customer at the counter in store. He still insisted that we come back in half hour. When you have a 45 minute break, i don't think me and my colleague had time to waste. Domino's pizza saved the day!

   I want to share my pizza hut borehamwood experience Absolutely amazing service, Walked in greeted by lovely gentleman man Shafi answer me politely what I can order. I ended up getting a large vegetable pizza with sides and a drink that’s yummy. Didn’t take long at all and served very fast with good smile and wann say thank you again to Shafi he is really kind and helpful.

   Rutu ( manager ) Shiva ( manager ) very helpful and polite. Excellent knowledge of pizzas and special offers, and went out their way to provide a wonderful experience for myself and daughters when ordering. Food was piping hot, fresh and had more cheese and toppings than other pizza places in the area. We all went for the wonderfully easy on daddies wallet 'MY BOX' selection, which comes with a small pizza ( extremely filling for my daughters) and a selection of either garlic bread or wedges. ( NOTE: the MY BOX is only a collection offer and before 4pm, i get it for my daughter's on a saturday for lunch, before or after their clubs) For me , this is the best pizza outlet in Borehamwood ( just like in the 80's)

   I would rate 0 stars if I was able to, that's how bad it is. They sent me a pizza with an extra ingredient which I didn't even add that I am allergic to and when I called they asked me to remove it. How thoughtful of them!

   Brilliant as always. Manager and team couldn't do enough to accommodate my request for the pizza to be cooked a bit extra. Service with a smile, something you don't seem to get these days

   Just ordered two pizzas from Borehamwood branch, the pizza was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it. Tasteless and the dough wasn’t cooked also the veg and the chicken were not cooked. Terrible food and wasted my money and my time. Will never order from here again.
