5/5 great customer service and for an online order. Really made sure it was just the way we wanted it with a confirmation call. Very kind and more than out of their way to make the experience as best as possible. Never thought I’d see a Papa John’s with such a high rating and I get it now.
Phenomenal pizzeria. Always great and always quick. The staff is great. When you call, they will know your previous order and ask whether you want to repeat. The manager, Assad, is very nice and always on top of everything. I love it. Thank you!

Great service by Assad! We ordered a large and there was some issue and he upgrade our pizza to Extra large. Wonderful overall! Keep it up mate for making our day.
I’ve ordered from here a few times and keep hoping for a better experience but 1) the food arrives cold/lukewarm, the driver mashed up the pizza box by keeping the bottle of juice on it 2) they mess up the order (wrong sauce on base) 3) really bad service from whoever answered the phone when their outsourced delivery driver messed up the delivery (he hung up the phone on me). The manager is polite and tried to rectify issue (3) but in future I’ll just order with dominos who deliver the pizza hot, in an insulated bag, up until it reaches your hands.
Pizza was tasty but over 20 mins late. Was ordered for a kids party 5 mins walk away. Appreciate it was a sizeable order (6 pizzas) but was placed early in the morning so there were several hours to prepare and I could have made alternative arrangements. Was the cause of unnecessary stress for a kids party. Afraid I’ll not take a chance again with party orders from here.
Great branch of Papa John’s. Pizza is always created in very high standards without cutting the corners. Delivery drivers are very polite which make overall experience very pleasant. Only one minus is a bit long waiting time ( around 1h ) taking on the account they are very close to my place.
We order for take away twice a month and it always been great! Amazing service, friendly servers/chefs. Cooked to perfection and never had an issue. We do have a requirements, we usually take half plain pizza and another half with toppings so can share with kids. Great take out offers price wise.
On the Papa John's web site cauliflower wings not available from Southfields, but they ARE available if you order on Uber Eats and pay the UE premium. Phoned to check what was going on and they blamed the web site people and said they were going to turn the cauliflower wings back on as an option but they obviously couldn't be bothered because still not available on their own web site. Available at every other PJ store that I have checked.
Shoutout to Vic our delivery driver who is really friendly and polite. We always order from here because the food is great, quick delivery, friendly staff and if there’s any errors with the order they always rectify it quickly and apologetically. Thanks Papa Johns Southfields!
