   Ordered a 16 inch pizza, they tried to fob me off with a 12 inch looking lost sliding around in a 16 inch box. I measured it, it was 12 inch. Let them get away with that one, but my last experience of rancid grey ham on last pizza was the last straw. Looked, smelt and tasted rotten. Unfortunately I’d taken a bite or two before realising where the disgusting taste was coming from. Will never order from here again, hygiene standards are dangerous.

   Ordered "large chips" which were quite a small portion, would hate to see what a small portion looked like. Kebab was not great at all, paid 60p extra for a " naan bread" and when it arrived it came on a wrap that you'd buy from the shops in packs of 8!! Peri Peri sauce was the best thing about the lot, hence the 2nd star but even that comes ready made. Been before and burgers are OK, but it's a burger at the end of the day. Not a great experience.

   Ordered tonight 2x 14” pizza and chips the pizza’s were NOT 14” as the box was far too big for the pizza and should be 10 slices that are similar in size we had 8. They were overcooked and the pepperoni pizza had 1 to 2 pieces on each slice. They where cold when arrived and bashed against the box from being in transit as boxes where too big, the chips were under cooked and greasy and cold and most definitely not a large portion (dread to see the small portion). Bit poor that you have to request your garlic bread if spend over £15 as some people feel embarrassed by asking. Other take always do it for you and just give it you. Phoned the restaurant to the man answering the phone with “yeah” not professional at all!!! Not interested in what had to say just replied with “ I did them myself” this place is under new management and if the old owners saw this they would be horrified as they took pride and cared about there customers this place needs to book there ideas up and the quality of food and customer service! Will not be ordering from here again. It’s not exactly cheap either AVOID!!

   Overpriced for the quantity of food we got and missed one of the items we requested. Pizza not 9” as ordered. They were brilliant when new owners took over but quality has slipped by the wayside since… Right now it’s an average take away if it’s late at night and one needs sustenance. Otherwise, needs much improvement.

   Exceptional food from milanos. The staff and management always go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Their new secret sauce is out of this world. I won't go anywhere else for treat night now.
