Been ordering from here for ages… the quality has got soo bad! Literally inedible the last few time, would highly recommend avoiding this place now
We order all time!! .,but past few times the doner meat has been so hard and dry.we ordered the meal deal 18 quid.The doner meat looked like it had a plastic coating on it the top of it ,that when you bend it,it cracked!! disgusting!! the dog had 2 kebabs so disappointing when you have been away,to come home to a nice takeaway to be brought something so inedible ....
I love this takeaway maybe more than McDonald's! They have almost everything in this place, including pasta which I don't think any other takeaway has. The people working there are so friendly and joke around sometimes. Their food is delicious and I definitely recommend this place especially if your craving multiple fast food options!
Won't ever be ordering from here again. I used to order from here all the time however after my last ordeal with them I have no reason to stay loyal. I am highly allergic to sweetcorn and I ordered from them through Uber eats. I ordered the vegetarian sweet pizza, on Uber eats the description of the pizza says "mushroom, red onion, cherry tomato, peppers, pineapple." No where does it say sweetcorn! My allergies are so severe if I hadn't noticed the sweetcorn on the pizza I would have gone into anaphylactic shock from biting into it. Luckily I saw the sweetcorn, what is more terrifying is that I live on my own and if my airways were to close up I could have died! I called the shop and he kept insisting that the pizza mentions sweetcorn. I kept trying to read out to him what the description says on Uber eats and he just kept interrupting me and basically calling me out for lying. Don't get me wrong I started to shout however rightfully I couldn't get a word in edgeways due to their lack of care and ignorance. I told them I was ordering an Uber to return the pizza and to show them as proof what it says on Uber eats in the description to prove myself that I wasn't lying! I got to the shop and still he was not only blaming me for not knowing there was sweetcorn on the pizza but then blaming Uber eats even though you edit the description yourself at the restaurant (I should know as I work in the food industry myself and have dealt with the like of Uber eats, just eat and deliveroo.) yes they eventually remade my pizza after I stood there for 10-15 mins and gave my 2 free cans of Pepsi however his lack of care and lack of acknowledgement or taking any responsibility was horrendous. You'd think with a hygiene rating of 5 they would have done the same food and hygiene safety standards course as myself and many others in the food industry which goes into detail of the dangers of anaphylactic shock and how it's important to inform consumers the ingredients and list them clearly. To make matters worse as I'm leaving the shop he sarcastically shouts to me "are you happy now". Never again! I have been in touch with Uber eats and hopefully to avoid this from happening again to someone else and leading a serious life or death incident that the description is corrected immediately!
Ordered a delivery 19-1-24 Mixed kebab it was absolutely so dry. The garlic bread had no taste. The chicken tikka and kebab meat was tasteless and dry. Chips nice. But don't want to pay 16.00 for chips !!! Can I have a refund . Will not go here again. ?? Shocking. Thought there lots of places in horwich to eat. Competition somewhere surely

My favourite pizza place by an absolute mile. It's very filling, always tastes nice, always warm when I get it. Its a real shame there aren't any towards Wigan way where I live, or anywhere for that matter. I think branching out would do it wonders, and I'd be wanting it a lot more frequently. 5/5, couldn't ask for more
Picked up a 4 corner pizza, staff welcoming and enjoyed the food with my partner.
Absolutely shocking. Placed an order for delivery at 6pm they said 40/50 minutes. At 8pm we was still waiting. I phoned at 7.30 and they said 20 minutes. Order arrived at 8.15!!! The donner calzone had no cheese and was tasteless. Didnt even get a free cheesy garlic bread. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS GARBAGE PLACE AGAIN!!! if I could give 0 star I would. If they can't take orders because its busy, say so.
