Cancelled order 5 mins before it was due to arrive, & after already sending notification it was on the way.
My partner and I often get the 14” double pepperoni pizza. We’re not a fan of the chicken or the other pizzas from here. But, the double pepperoni pizza is a bargain and always tastes delicious. It’s only 10 quid and it’s huge!
I placed an order which was accepted only to be informed by text nearly an hour late that they couldn't complete the order due to the high volume of orders, why were they still accepting orders, this has happened before so I will never use them again which is a shame as I love their pizzas

Tried blaming me because the driver couldn't find the door and rather than ringing me they just left, then tried giving me the same food, soggy naan with dry meat, dry chips and soggy burger, over an hour later when I rang them
Ordered from here for the first time tonight and all I can say is awful customer service. I place an order on their actual website got a confirmation email and everything my address was on there too... I ring up over an hour later to see where my food was to be told it got cancelled half an hour ago? Noone contacted me to let me know or anything. Won't be ordering their again.
Said on just eat that orders over £17 you get a free garlic bread, on delivery no garlic bread phoned shop and they said that this doesn't apply because we ordered s box of chicken and it come with free fries and beens. I said no where on the just eat web site dose it state that, they said it's not there problem and it's up to me to sort it out with just eat... chicken was ok pizzas had hardly any cheese and toppings were dry and horrible. Will not uses again plenty of other pizza shop in irlam/cadishead
Awful! Paying money for fresh hot food! Only thing close to hot was the donner meat and that was it! Chicken was cold, popcorn chicken was cold and fries was cold! Also, its sounds like a petty complaint but if ive paid for 2 ketchups i expect them! Did not recieve any sauce at all! Also I ordered coke not pepsi! May be similar but this is another incorrect item to add to the list! Never ordering from here again, make sure you check you have everything before they leave!
