   I ordered from Domino’s last night and I was so impressed! The online ordering was easy and intuitive, and I got my pizza even earlier than the delivery estimate. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and all of the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The cheese was gooey and just the right amount—not too greasy at all.

   Highly Recommended We ordered pizza from the Borehamwood branch and it was amazing. Thanks to Sunny, who was working in the shop and he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pizzas arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. The crust was soft with a nice crisp edge, and the toppings were generous.

One of the staff members, in particular, was truly inspirational. They weren’t just taking orders and handing out pizzas; they had this amazing energy and positive attitude that made the whole interaction feel personal. They remembered my name, cracked a few jokes, and somehow managed to turn what could have been a standard pizza pickup into one of the highlights of my day. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys their job and cares about making others feel good, even in the smallest interactions. Watching the way they worked — balancing speed, attention to detail, and genuine kindness — was honestly inspiring. It reminded me how much of a difference a good attitude can make, no matter what role you’re in. And, of course, the pizza was delicious as always — piping hot, perfectly topped, and exactly how I ordered it. But it was that personal touch from the staff member that made this visit memorable.    Staff not very helpful when I called. I wanted pepperoni on a 3rd of the pizza so my young son could have the margarita , they insisted it had to be half and half, which makes no sense as the pepperoni costs more! Needless to say, that part was not eaten and had to then make extra food for my son .

   Poor service I went for collection it was showing complete on your app so went in and your staff let me standing there for over 5 minutes. Ended up getting it and when I got home to eat the pizza wasn’t even cut and it was under cooked just very disappointed cos it’s not the first time it’s happened either

   Order BBQ big dip you get garlic and herb. Order double cheese and sauce. You get virtually no sauce and definitely not double cheese. £2.50 delivery less than half a mile from the store. Fed up with dominos and stupid franchisees like this.
