   We needed pizza delivered for a kids birthday party that we were hosting. It’s pretty stressful herding the kids and organising everything, so we were so pleased that the delivery was spot-on time (which was a little earlier than I think Plazza Pizza usually delivers, so I really appreciate them accommodating us). Also they were very friendly and helpful when I went in the day before to sort out the order. Good to support a local business too!

   I thought I was dreaming when I saw a 7 inch pizza for £2.50! The price and quality of the pizza is phenomenal. The moment I stepped foot into this utopia of a restaurant, I was greeted with the welcoming and fragrant smell of freshly made pizza. I placed my order with the charming and charismatic owner who kindly assisted me. I took a seat and within a few minutes my freshly made pizza was ready to be eaten. I've never quite had or seen a pizza as good as this! The best around town! You wont regret coming here to eat!

   Worst experience ever. Very poor customer service. Food was not delivered on time and no courtesy call was given to notify that the order was running late. Called twice to see where the delivery was and was met with verbal abuse. Would definitely not recommend.

   The worst service. Ordered via just eat app at 18:30. Restaurant handles the deliveries and said it would arrive at 19:10. Food arrived at 20:30 after numerous phone calls to which the owners made every excuse under they could to delay the delivery from the “app is lying” to “the delivery driver is new”. I love across the road and was unable to leave my house to collect the order. An honest answer would have been appreciated and customer service is not something these guys care about. I won’t order from them again and it appears ownership has changed hands as the previous owners were much better. My recommendation: do not order from this place unless you want really bad service, very late delivery of your food and worst of all to be blatantly lied to by the owners. You can much better from the other pizza places in the area.

   Ordered from JustEat. Seems to have good reviews so went for this place for pizza. Unfortunately our pizza was near burnt. It was not pleasant to eat and edges were just very tough.
