   Firstly, the service and politeness of the staff is excellent! Food wise, quite disappointing and you really can tell they've cut corners to keep costs down. Many of the ingredients are not fresh and despite looking great, pizza was super salty and not much taste from the cheese. It's a shame but I'm sure it suits some people. Better quality will elevate their pizzas including the dough. I'd be willing to pay more for better quality ingredients, including the dough and base.

   Very poor service. The pizza came squashed and half burnt. When I called for a replacement then even apology was not given and replacement came in one hour. And when I share this photo I was told it’s nothing only the other delivery was on top of it. I believe Hot pizza could have better customer service.

   I normally don’t write negative reviews and I was a regular customer but I had to mention that me and my entire family got severe food poisoning shortly after eating the pizzas, I am still so unwell that I cannot eat and have not been able to go to work, I now have to contact my GP for tests. Honestly so disappointed with this place as they used to be my number one pizza shop but have to say that after the severe poisoning I will not be ordering from here ever again.

   Got order wrong. Asked for two thin crust pizzas both delivered deep pan. Phoned Hot Pizza and they say it’s Uber Eats fault. Poor service.

   Had a just eat delivery from this place on Christmas day. Food arrived earlier than expected, was hot and fresh and quite possibly the tastiest Pizza ive had in a long time! Will definitely order again!
