   Used to be excellent, but for some they reason they are using uber eats to deliver and they are useless, just sit around holding your food and papa John’s can’t help because it’s not their company. Would be better to go back to in-house drivers. Very sad.

   Ordered yesterday from Papa John's website and this is how we received our food?? Tried calling the store but the line was not working at all. Doesn't look like a full pizza, looks like some slices were taken out. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. How unappetising, sort it out. Whether it being the driver or employees, the pizza is horribly cut too. Food arrived cold and not very enjoyable. Can't post this review without giving a star, it doesn't deserve any stars at all!! Save your money.

   Found a hair baked into the dough and when informing them of this, instead of caring about their hygiene, they were more concerned with why we didn’t complain sooner because apparently “usually when customers complain, they call straight away”… so it seems complains are a regular occurrence for them. No compensation or apologies were offered other than a free pizza next time which is unlikely as they didn’t offer a voucher or take our name etc. Just terrible.

   Very Bad Exprince with papa John's pizza I was busy so I send to Mt drive to pick pizza I order it Mexican pizza with only vegetarian topping (No non veg topping ) but when I saw pizza at home there I find meat in my pizza I called them and explained they told me we make it only like this and etc but they not accepted they did wrong. I throw it my pizza in bin and waste it total £16.33 not satisfied with papa John's staff and behaviour very bad service. When I checked the box, they wrote 4 vegetarian topping, but they addeed it meat. You can see in pizza photos also. I specific 4 topping 1. Onions 2. Jelepeno 3. Green chilli 4. Red chilli

   Never again order from this company . Receive messy pizzas in boxing day . After 2days of calling the shop iv been told the refund been done and meant to receive money in next 7 days (its been to weeks now and there is no money on my account)(Staff just lied to mee) chceck the photos . This company have 2 stars and its still to much. Not recommend. Dogs food looks better thank this pizzas

   How can a Papa Johns be managed so poorly? Worst pizza experience we have had. We ordered to deliver. The driver showed up after 1h. We ordered an "all the meats" arrived cold and missing meats. We rang the store to let them know, and only after a long time of discussion we got recommended to send the pizza back with a driver for them to review, so that they could then send another (correct) one. We ended up eating the original one because we didnt want to wait 1h more to have some dinner. We would have been better off getting a pizza from the supermarket.

   Terrible customer understanding. They had the audacity to say they made my ALL THE MEATS (removed bacon and sausage, added pineapple, chicken and Italian sausage) pizza correctly. Order 63736983 But you can clearly see that there is no pepperoni under the cheese.They put different meats by mistake. I called up to ask for a replacement but they refused to have photos and suggested we return the pizza in order to prove it because the employee said it was made properly. Clearly not. You could even hear the employee stating that it was a lie and that it wasn't wrong over the phone. Outrageous. If they had more understanding, they would have cooked a new one and replaced the incorrect for it to be returned to the store.

   Vegans, stay away! Order from here often, and normally there's a few discrepancies like missing dips or wrong base sauce. As a vegan I really liked their menu. Ordered the usual, and received dairy cheese on the pizza? My partner and I are both badly lactose intolerant and it's quite easy after 5+ years being vegan to taste dairy cheese. I called the store, explained the problem and the "store manager" proceeded to just outright deny it? She said instead "we have a new recipe as of last week"...but there's been no marketing for this, no mention on their nutrition information? So... No apology, no compensation or offer of a replacement? As a chef, and member of the hospitality sector, this is unacceptable and simply the incorrect method of customer service. Reporting them to the food standards agency. Compare the pic posted to the site if you want, it's obviously not vegan.
