   I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Southgate and had a great experience thanks to the manager, Varun. He was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly during my visit. It was clear he cared about both the customers and the staff, and that created a comfortable atmosphere in the restaurant. Varun checked in to make sure our order was correct and that we were satisfied, which added a nice personal touch. The service felt organized and efficient, and the overall experience was much better because of his professionalism. Thanks to Varun and the team for making the visit enjoyable. I’d definitely return because of the quality of service.

   Ordered over £100 worth of pizza for my party and all pizzas were over cooked on the border line of edible! The pepperoni was charred and crispy. We use to get good quality pizza from here but last couple of orders have been disappointing. Next time it’s Domino’s.

   Avoid at all cost Ordered through app and recieved no order at all , was late at night 11.30pm. Rang up and that night and was told to ring up next day for refund. I rang up manager and he says i need to contact Pizza hut head office to request them to look into it. Ive contacted my bank fraud team and they are starting an investigation. AVOID AT ALL COST SERIOUSLY

   Absolutely amazing customer service, the best this year in fact! I accidentally ordered a medium size pizza with the wrong ingredients. I contacted them and they kindly offered to re-deliver a large pizza with the ingredients I wanted with no extra cost! Its so cold outside and they were so accomodating and lovely! The food was fab too, arrived hot and cooked well! Very impressed, 10/10 service and food quality!
