loved this takeaway but around 4month ago - useless forget sauces, forget dips, just rang and they argued who packed the order. Forgot my son’s full meal, forgot salad and drinks with kids meals. Absolutely shocking, rushed and don’t appreciate arguing down the phone to each other instead of rectifying the mistake. Every weekend forgetting something.
Ok, despite saying never again, I got a just eat voucher, and my son wanted a burger. Sadly, it was appalling, I ordered a kebab on naan, straight donna only this time, waffer thin donner meat, and not very much of it, virtually no salad, although chips ok. Even with a 10 voucher, I'm not sure it was worth it... sigh ... surprised they are still going tbh .. oh well ... Older reviews: Left it for a while and thought we'd give it another go. Sadly, it will be the last time. Food arrived on time, but .. £12 box kebab with chips, didn't have chips, was stone cold, and was pathetic from a size wise. Tasted ok, but it was £12 We ordered garlic bread, stone cold and rock hard, straight on the bin. My lad had a half pound s American burger, was apparently ok, hence the overall 2 Gone massively downhill over the last 12 months
Outstanding Service! A huge thank you to the staff for going above and beyond—especially to the chap who helped us out with a flat tyre and got us back on the road. We truly appreciated the kindness and quick assistance. We'll definitely be returning to Wetherby soon—next time we'll actually try the pizza!
By giving a one star it should explain the service I received its a shame as IV uesd Milano for years sadly never again.
Placed an order waited nearly 2.1/2 hours when came it was cold and some of the order was missing I will never use again but it's a shame as I've always used especially when you have guests

On the Main Street in Wetherby, Pizza Milano is easy to access and find. The online ordering service is really easy to follow and quick to order. When ordering food from Pizza Milano the usual waiting time is between 15/20 minutes and it is never any longer. The prices are very good compared to places like dominos and I would say the quality is better. I would highly recommend Pizza Milano for the price, quality and the friendly nature of the staff in collection.
